A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a Sales Associate (weekend) to work within the World of Wedgwood located at Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent.
Reporting to the Retail Assistant Manager - World of Wedgwood, the Sales Associate will appropriately welcome all visitors to the World of Wedgwood and provide a premium level of customer service with the aim of maximising consumer spends of the flagship retail store, factory outlet and museum shop.
To be a successful Sales Associate you will: • have previous experience of working in a similar retail role, ideally with luxury brands • ensure that all customers receive a premium brand experience • have strong selling skills to achieve sales targets • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills • be well presented with a ‘can-do’ attitude
This is a part time role working 15 hours per week over 2 days, Saturday and Sunday.
