He got addicted to some bad habits like consuming alcohol, cigarettes and guthkas. His income is not sufficient to satisfy his bad habits, due to that he decided to commit thefts. Due to financial problems Mohd Dastagiri @ Daddu hatched a plan to commit theft of houses as due to Covid-2019 the non- local people have left to their native places, as previously he was caught in the HB by night cases where he committed theft of pan shops and was arrested by Humayun Nagar Police. After being released he had not changed his behavior and further planed committing theft. Then he explained his plan to his friends/associates who accepted it and all the three decided to commit theft in the Vijay Nagar colony.

There offenders mainly target the individual houses which are locked and commit theft of the house by breaking the lock and they also commit the theft of automobiles which are parked in the night hours. Today the above accused Mohd Dastagir @ Daddu and 2 boy juveniles were caught near Marjaan Hotel by Humayunnagar Police and recovered stolen property. (TWO PERSONS ARRESTED IN A KIDNAPPING CASE OF A TWO YEARS GIRL CHILD IN CRIME No. 271/2020 U/S 120-B, 363-A R/W 34 IPC & SEC 76 & 84 of JUVENILE JUSTICE ACT-2015 OF PS)

Saifabad Police have successfully rescued the minor girl Maheen from the clutches of the kidnappers, who kidnapped the girl who was sleeping along with her mother on the veranda in front of Vardhaman Bank beside Mahaveer Hospital, AC Guards, Saifabad, Hyderabad on the intervening night of 9 & 10-07-2020.

FACTS OF CASE: Name of the Complainant: Smt. Muqhtar Begum, W/o Syed Yakub Pasha, Aged: 25 years, Occ: Beggar, R/o Neknampur, Narsingi, Hyderabad, N/o Kothaguda, Badrachalam (mother of the girl) Place of Offence: Veranda of Vardhaman Bank, beside Mahavir Hospital, AC Guards, Saifabad Date of offence as per FIR : On 10-07-2020 at about 0130 hrs. Date & time of Report at the P.S: 10-07-2020 at 0600 hrs. Details of Kidnapped girl : Maheen, aged 2 yrs.

On 10-07-2020 at at about 0600 hrs received recorded statement of Smt Muqhtar Begum, wherein she stated that she used to reside at Nekhnampur, Narsingi. Her husband Yakub Pasha is a handicapped person, due to which she managed to eke out a living by begging on roads especially near Masjids by walk and by sunset she used to return her house. As usually on 09-07-2020 she came for begging along with her 2 yrs baby Maheen, but didn’t turn up to her house as the very next day was a Friday. While so, in the midnight at about 1200 hrs, while she along with her baby Maheen were relaxing on the pavements of Vardhaman Bank, just beside of Mahavir Hospital, meantime one unknown person got down from the Auto and tried to take away her daughter, but on the shoutings of her, the unknown person along with some other persons in the auto fled away from the spot. Again at about 0130 hrs on 10-07-2020, while she was in a sleep, unknown person got down from the Auto Rickshaw and took her baby Maheen in the Auto. She woke up & followed the Auto Rickshaw to such an extent but could not catch the auto. Later she went to Neknampur, Narsingi by walk and informed her handicapped husband. Thereafter they both came to PS for reporting the matter.

ACTION BY POLICE:

On receipt of the complaint, Saifabad Police registered a case in Cr.No. 271/2020 U/s 363 IPC and swung into action.

EFFORTS BY POLICE IN NABBING THE THIEVES:

Special teams have been formed to rescue the abducted child and to locate the offender. Accordingly they verified the CCTV footage & by utilizing the technical tools in investigation, reached Kishanbagh and rescued the kidnapped child Maheen from the house of kidnapper namely Mohd Abdul Firdous and arrested the accused Mohd Abdul Firdous and his associate Syed Shareef. Further recorded their detailed Confession statements before the mediators and seized the Crime Vehicle Auto, which was used in the commission of offence.

During the confession, accused Mohd Firdous confessed that he along with Syed Shareef, Sameena @ Lakshmi @ Lachmi & one Rizwana @ Padma conspired criminally & committed kidnap of Maheen, aged 2 yrs in order to utilize in begging.

MOTIVE OF ACCUSED BEHIND KIDNAPPING:

Accused Mohd Abdul Firdous is an Auto driver by profession and another accused Shareef is his brother in law, who is also an Auto driver. Whereas absconding accused Sameena @ Lakshmi & Rizwana @ Padma are the beggars. Since 5 yrs, Mohd Firdous knows them through his handicapped Aunty namely Baby Jaani, who is also a Beggar. Mohd Firdous, daily in the morning used to pick up his aunty from her house at Alamgiri and on the way he also used to pick up Sameena @Lakshmi & Rizwana @ Padma in his auto for dropping them at begging points especially at Masjids & Traffic Junctions. Later in the evening he used to pick up back them and after dropping his Aunty at her house, Firdous along with Sameena & Rizwana used to consume alcohol with the money received from begging.

As usually on 09-07-2020 at about 2130 hrs, accused Mohd Abdul Firdous while passing from Mahavir Hospital, noticed complainant along with her baby who were taking shelter in the bus stop of Mahavir Hospital. Thereafter accused Mohd Firdous along with Shareef, Sameena & Rizwana consumed alcohol at Mallepally and their they hatched a plan of kidnapping, thinking that if they had a child during begging it would be more pitiable to passerby and they can draw more alms from sympathetic passerby on the streets/Masjids. Accordingly they all conspired criminally and went to Mahavir Hospital in the auto at 1230 hrs and found complainant was sleeping near pavements of Vardhaman Bank, upon which Mohd Firdous tried to kidnap the baby, but didn’t succeeded. Later on again at about 1355 hrs on 10-07-2020, they went near Mahavir Hospital and this time the accused Shareef succeeded in doing so and fled away from the spot along with child. Thereafter accused Mohd Firdous dropped Sameena & Rizwana at road and went to his house along with Shareef and kidnapped baby. On 10-07-2020 Mohd Firdous done head shave to the baby, as none should identify the baby.

ARREST OF ACCUSED:

On 13-07-2020 at 12.30 hrs, accused persons Mohd Abdul Feroz & Syed Shareef have been arrested at the residence of A1 Mohd Abdul Feroz situated at Kishanbagh and rescued the child. The accused persons are being produced before the Hon’ble court for Judicial remand. Efforts are in progress to nab the other 2 absconding accused.

On 13-07-2020, the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone team, Hyderabad, apprehended (6) accused persons at old SS Function hall, #12-1-923, Old Noble Talkies, Mallepally, Hyderabad which is in the limits of PS and (2) accused persons at premises No.11-1-1182, Afzal Sagar, Mallepally, Hyderabad which is in the limits of Habeeb Nagar PS, who were indulged in possession of “Ganja” a Narcotic substance and trying to sell the same to the needy customers. Modus operandi:-

The accused Gopi Singh is working as Ganesh Idol maker along with his father at Mangalhat, Hyderabad and he used to sell Ganja in Dhoolpet area by purchasing from different agency areas of Badrachalam and other areas. In this process, in the month of January-2020 the accused Gopi Singh was arrested by PS in Ganja case vide Cr.No.8/2020 U/s 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act- 1985 of Chaderghat PS and sent to Jail. In the month of February-2020 he was released from Jail.

After releasing from jail he started working along with his father. But his earnings are not sufficient to meet his lavish expenses. As such he again hatched a plan to sell the Ganja to the needy customers on highest price in Hyderabad by purchasing from agency areas on lowest price. He informed the same to his own brother Daulath Singh. As such his brother gave him some money for purchasing Ganja from agency areas so as to sell the same in Hyderabad on higher rates.

In the month of May-2020 by using previous sources he contacted one person by name Prema Satya Prasad, R/o Chetturkunta Village, Orissa State who is also Ganja supplier at Orissa. He informed to Prem that, he intended to buy huge quantity of Ganja and asked to arrange for the same. On which Prem agreed and asked him to come to Chetturkunta(V) of Orissa for purchasing Ganja from him. He informed the same to accused Rajendra Babbruvan Pawar who is Auto driver of Auto bearing No.TS090UC4949 (Ashok Leyland) and asked to go to Chetturkunta village to bring the Ganja in his Auto. For which he asked Rs.50,000/- for transporting Ganja from Chetturkunta (V) to Hyderabad in his Auto. Later the accused Gopi Singh handed over Rs.4 Lakhs to Rajendra Babbruvan Pawar for purchasing Ganja from Prem at Chetturkunta (V) of Orissa state.

On 27-06-2020 in the early morning hours the accused Rajendra Babbruvan Pawar left from Dhoolpet in Auto bearing No.TS09UC4949 (Ashok leyland) and reached Chetturkunta Village of Orissa in the evening hours. After reaching there, as per the instructions of Gopi Singh, the accused Rajendra Babbruvan Pawar contacted Prem over phone and met with him. Prem took him to agency area of Chetturkunta village in the same Auto handed over polythene bags containing Ganja to Rajendra Babbruvan Pawar by taking of Rs.4 Lakhs from Rajendra Babburuvan and he loaded the Ganja in his auto by covering the Ganja bags with Sorghum (Jowar) bags.

On 28-06-2020 at about 0400 hrs Rajendra Babbruvan Pawar left from Chetturkunta in an Auto bearing No.TS09UC4949 to Hyderabad along with Ganja. While returning Rajendra Babbruvan Pawar contacted the accused Gopi Singh and informed that he will reach Hyderabad in the evening. Later the Gopi Singh contacted the accused persons Ritesh Singh and Akash Singh who were his friends to arrange any godown or any isolated place to keep the Ganja for safe custody. For which they agreed. Later they contacted one of their friends by name Mahesh Malpani @ Mahesh who is working as incharge to Atmaram Dal Mill Godown, Gaganpahad, Rajendranagar and asked to arrange some place in his godown for dumping Ganja.

Ritesh Singh informed the same to me and asked to come to Atmaram Dal Mill Godown, Gaganpahhad, Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad for dumping the Ganja in said godown. In the evening hours, as per the instructions Ritesh Singh, the accused Rajendra Babbruvan Pawar reached the said place along with Auto containing Ganja. In the meantime the Gopi Singh also reached the said place. After reaching there the accused persons Gopi Singh, Rajendra Babbruvan Pawar, Ritesh Singh, Akash Singh and Mahesh Malpani @ Mahesh unloaded the Ganja from Auto and kept the same in godown. On the next day due to some other reasons the accused Gopi Singh shifted Ganja bags from godown and kept some Ganja i.e. (200) KGs in the possession of accused Bheem Singh at old SS Function hall, #12-1-923, Old Noble Talkies, Mallepally, Hyderabad and given Rs.5,000/- to accused Bheem Singh for keeping Ganja in his possession.

The accused Gopi Singh also kept some Ganja i.e. (140) KGs in the possession of accused Nikhil Singh. The accused Nikhil Singh kept the same Ganja in his sister’s house i.e. premises No.11-1-1182, Afzal Sagar, Mallepally, Hyderabad. For which the accused Gopi Singh is giving Rs.500/- daily to Nikhil Singh for keeping Ganja in his possession. The accused Vasudev Singh is assisted to accused Nikhil Singh for keeping Ganja at his sister’s house. And also the accused Gopi Singh sold (60) of Ganja to Akash Singh Rajendar Singh @ Somu @ Anna and they sold the same Ganja to the needy customers with higher price.

Today i.e. on 13-07-2020 the accused Gopi Singh along with his brother Daulath Singh and his friends Rajendra Babbruvan @ Raju Patil came to old SS Function hall, #12-1-923, old Noble Talkies, Mallepally, Hyderabad and met with Bheem Singh and Ritesh Singh and all of them discussing about the selling of Ganja, in the meantime West Zone Task Force team raided the said place and apprehended all of them along with (200) KGs Ganja.

Later on the information given by the accused Gopi Singh, raided the premises No.11-1-1182, Afzal Sagar, Mallepally, Hyderabad and apprehended the accused persons Nikhil Singh and Vasudev Singh and recovered (140) KGs of Ganja from their possession.

The accused persons 1) Gopi Singh, 2) Daulath Singh, 3) Rajender Babbruvan @ Raju Patil, 4) Mahesh Malpani @ Mahesh, 5) Bheem Singh and 6) D.Ritesh Singh @ Chintu along with (200) KGs Ganja, (20) Sorghum (Jowar), One Auto, (6) Cell phones, handed over to SHO, Asif Nagar PS, and the accused persons Nikhil Singh and Vasudev Singh along with (140) KGs Ganja handed over to SHO, Habeeb Nagar PS for further investigation.

On 13-07-2020, the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone Team, Hyderabad on credible information conducted raid on Zuzu Kids zone & Stationary shop No.1-6-667/1,A.R Nobel Residency,Daira Market, and apprehended Two accused persons namely Nisar Ahmed & Nulu Venkata Subba Rao @ Suresh who are illegally procuring and selling of Oxygen cylinders to needy customers, covid patients on high price in black market without any valid license to gain easy money illegally. ➢ Details of accused person :- Nisar Ahmed S/o. late Mohd Khaja, age. 41 yrs, occ. Business (Zuzu Kids Zone &Stationary supplier), Musheerabad R/o. Daira Market, Musheerabad, , (Illegal procuring and selling Oxygen cylinders in black market )

Nulu Venkata Subba Rao @ Suresh S/o. N.Subba Rao, age. 51 yrs, Occ. Supervisor in Srinidhi Air products, Jeedimetal r/o. Jeedimetal N/o. Palakollu village, West Godavary Dist, AP State, (Associate & Illegally supplying oxygen cylinders to Nisar Ahmed)

➢ Brief facts of the case: The accused Nisar Ahmed is residing in the limits of Musheerabad Secunderabad. He is running business on the name & style of Zuzu Kids zone & Stationary shop No.1-6-667/1,A.R Nobel Residency,Daira Market, Musheerabad.

The accused Nulu Venkata Subba Rao is native of West Godavary Dist and staying at . He in working as Supervisor in Srinidhi Air products, Jeedimetal and came into contact with Nisar Ahmed.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic situation most of the public is suffering for non availability of Oxygen Cylinders in the Hospitals and in the market. As such the accused hatched a plan to sell the oxygen cylinders on higher price in Black Marketing to earn easy money illegally.

As such the accused came into contact with oxygen cylinders supplier Nulu Venkata Subba Rao, occ. Supervisor in Srinidhi Air products, Jeedimetal and used to purchasing Oxygen cylinders without any valid license or permission from Drug Control Authorities and the Controller of Explosives officials and illegal storage at Zuzu Kids zone & Stationary shop situated at Musheerabad and selling to needy customers on high price in black market and gain easy money illegally.

The investigation found that the accused Nulu Venkata Subba Rao is purchasing empty cylinders from agents of Gujarat state on commission basis, filling a supply the oxygen cylinders to the accused Nisar Ahmed in order to selling a single oxygen cylinder on high price, on market demand to desperate COVID patients under home quarantine in the city and also needy customers.

Two days back the accused Nisar Ahmed illegally procured huge quantity of Oxygen Cylinders from Nulu Venkata Subba Rao in order to sell to the needy customers on high price.

➢ Arrest:- Today on tip off conducted raid at Zuzu Kids zone & Stationary shop No.1-6-667/1,A.R Nobel Residency,Daira Market, Musheerabad and apprehended two accused persons and seized the above material from their possession.

The accused persons along with seized material were handed over to SHO, Musheerabad PS for further investigation.
