Jointly hosted by the UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea, the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Seoul International Dispute Resolution Center (SIDRC), the 5th Asia Pacific ADR Conference will feature various important aspects of international arbitration, with an overview of the development of arbitration from 50 years ago when UNCITRAL and KCAB were established. This is a valuable opportunity for experts, officials, researchers, scholars, and practitioners from the region and around the world to exchange insights and views on ADR.
