This will help in eradicating all the current obstacles faced by the farmers in selling their agriculture produce and facilitate them to earn good profit.

Background  Farmers of the country face lot of hardships in selling their produce because of the regulatory prohibitions. There are several kinds of prohibitions on farmers for selling produce outside the market of notified Agriculture Produce Marketing Committee. Farmers are bound to sell their produce to the traders with government license. Apart from this, there are many hindrances in the way of conducting trade from one state to other.

Advantage  The implementation of the ordinance will pave a way for creating a comfortable and free atmosphere for the farmers, who will have freedom to sell or purchase agricultural produce as per their convenience.
