Congressman Jay Inslee visits Paine

Congressman Jay Inslee visited Paine Field last week for updates on current issues. He attended an informal lunch with airport FBOs and local pilots. After witnessing several passes by the Me 262, he stopped by the hangar for a quick brief by Bob Hammer and Test Pilot Wolfgang Czaia. Barry Smith provided an overview of the Future of Flight and Bill Lewallen gave a guided tour of the Future of Flight and Hilton Garden Inn. 2005 March Against Hunger Food Drive

Snohomish County, Paine Field and the Volunteers of America (VOA) thank everyone who partici- pated in this year’s March Against Food Drive! The Airport wishes to give special thanks to our cash contributors: Goodrich Corporation, Tetra Tech/KCM, Inc., Barb Kajiya, Freiheit and Ho Architects, Inc., Reid Middleton, Dave Waggoner, the Airport Maintenance Department and Susan Kern. Food donations included: Airport staff, Goodrich Corporation, Perteet Engineering, FAA Control Tower, and of Flight. All proceeds went directly to the Volunteers of America, who uses the donations to support the local food banks and people throughout our local community! Thanks for your generosity! Paine Field Maintenance Department meets the Challenge!!! When Dave Waggoner offered to match whatever the department raised, these guys dug deep into their pockets!!
