My work brings 25 years of movement, meditation and teaching practices to novel styles of vinyasa and still . I offer students knowledge of the ancient yoga tradition attuned to the modern experience in upbeat, energetic classes informed by excellent knowledge of posture, meditation and breathwork.

Based on Years of scholarly study in the yoga traditions I lead multimedia experiences on yoga philosophy, history and science at conferences, universities and yoga studios worldwide.

I am a regular contributor to and other magazines and am under contract to write the book Yoga Unfolding: The History of Yoga in America for Anusara Press.

I do freelance research and writing for movies, phone aps, manuals and other worthy projects in the field.
