Dear Friends and Business Colleagues,

As we approach the end of the year I want to share an idea with you that I really hope you will embrace the way I have. I was looking for a way to help raise money for the World Institute of Pain Foundation and wanted to make sure it was unique and different than the plethora of fund raising events all over South Florida. I believe I have found a great way of combining business, pleasure and raising money for a cause that I am passionate about.

We partnered last year with the Senior Professional Tour to create a unique business function. This business function is a Pro-Am golf tournament with Touring Senior Professionals! Most of the Pros have played the PGA Tour and Champions Tour in the past. 2012 was our first year and not only was it a huge success for all involved but we raised almost $10,000 for the charity.

Anesthesia Pain Care Consultants is the title sponsor of this event and we are not only a financial sponsor but we are really getting behind the event and encouraging all our friends and business colleagues to consider being a part of the 2013 event as we have a goal to raise over $20,000 this coming year for the World Institute of Pain.

So, how is this different than the hundreds of charity golf tournaments? Great question so here you go.

1) When do you get a chance to invite key clients and or employees to play golf with a Tour Pro that has played one of the major tours across the world? Many of the pros were long time PGA Tour Members with several past PGA Tour winners as members of the Sunbelt Senior Tour.

2) We will be playing the private TPC at Eagle Trace. Past host of the PGA Tour and current host of the Qualifying Tournament for the Champions Tour. This is a fantastic golf course with great food and beverage for the awards dinner.

3) Not only do you play golf with a Touring Pro, but they will give you golf tips, you can socialize with all of them at the awards dinner after golf and you will create friendships that last a lifetime.

4) A higher percentage of overall money raised goes directly to the charity from this tour than any other major tour across the USA.

5) High profile PR for our larger sponsors via Lifestyle Magazines, Our Town Newspaper, and the Ft. Lauderdale News.

The pricing for the 2013 event is a great value and will afford you the opportunity to entertain your top clients at a fraction of the cost of the Champions Tour. Please consider the highest level of sponsorship you can commit to and play a significant role in doubling our money raised for the World Institute of Pain for 2013. Thank you so much and please get back to me at your earliest convenience. Sincerely; Ira Fox, MD Anesthesia Pain Care Consultants

About Our Charity

Sunbelt Senior Tour History

The Sunbelt Senior Tour (SST) has been the number one Tour for players approaching and playing on the Champions Tour. SST has been running events since 1996 and has a long and prestigious list of players that got their starts on this tour or revived their careers to go on to Champions Tour success. The SST has enjoyed 17 years of competitions, paying out over $4 million in purses and helping raise over a million dollars for charity. All of this was the brainchild of Don Barnes, a PGA of America golf pro that saw a need and ran with the idea.

Today the SST plays events all across the East Coast of the United States with quite a few events in the South or the Sunbelt. With the Champions Tour becoming more difficult to qualify for each year due to increased competition, the SST provides a much needed training ground for players that need to be tournament ready when qualifying comes around or when they get their chance to play in the actual Champions Tour Events.

The Sunbelt Senior Tour is comprised of Champions Tour Members who play our Tour on a regular basis, past PGA Tour Players that are staying sharp preparing for their future spot on the Champions Tour, and our members that are trying to earn their first shot at proving their game. We offer a fantastic group of players that have a “Real and Personal Connection” to the amateurs and spectators alike. We also provide a fantastic venue for entertaining your key clients or employees and getting an outstanding value for your advertising dollars.

Media Exposure

The Coral Springs Senior Open is proud to have the Coral Springs & Parkland Lifestyle Magazines and Our Town News as official “Media Sponsors”. The tournament will get extensive coverage in their magazines including several months of advertising the event. Media exposure is one of the key methods for making this a long‐term financial success for all parties.

Local Radio Stations Information regarding this Charity event will be aired on WIOD and WINZ radio. With the double hit of having both a charity pro‐am and having the top Senior Golfers in the country it is very likely that the local radio stations would be very interested in not only giving you air‐time about the event but possibly even an on‐site airing one day.

Internet Exposure The Sunbelt Senior Tour (http://www.sunbeltseniortour.com) launched an internet campaign in the Winter of 2011 designed to make the site far easier to find for avid golfers, adding articles of interest by top professionals during the year and email blasts to thousands of golfers on a monthly basis.

Awards – There will not only be on course contests but awards given for the teams that scored the best. We will present all the prizes to the winners at this time.

Sponsor Recognition – We give sponsors recognition and allow our top sponsors to speak a few minutes at the Awards Party. This is key to allow the people playing to know how the sponsors business may be of assistance to them in the near future. It gives us a chance to show how thankful we are for the sponsors of all levels for their support of the event.

Charity Recognition – The WIP Foundation has the opportunity to come up and share a few minutes with everyone to show the players and sponsors just where some of their contribution dollars are going.

This event allows for playing golf with some of the top senior golfers in the country, getting a great value for your money and partnering with us to raise money for the World Institute of Pain Foundation.
