Cllr Peaks – Mentioned that the grass cutting had still not been done on Hawling Road. The Clerk stated this had been reported by Cllr Frith and that ERYC had contacted the Clerk and been told this would be done. Cllr Peaks also asked the Clerk if she would write to the resident that had mentioned the removal of the Willow Trees and stating that they would be replaced later in the year. Cllr Peaks also stated that Market Weighton was included on the last flood warning. Cllr Hemmerman stated he had been to the Flood Liaison meeting and whilst Market Weighton was not going to get funds for major projects all smaller jobs promised would be done. Some drain cleaning was already taking place. Further discussion took place.

Cllr Macqualter – Reported that some of the holes in the path near the Post office had been filled.

Cllr Rudd – Stated that there was some confusion on Londesborough Road as to when wheelie bins were put out.
