The Bonds are comprised of 4.8467% p.a. three-year bonds. The Bonds will be issued by the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Bonds on March 1, 2021 (the "Issue Date"). Interest on the Bonds will be payable quarterly in arrears; commencing on June 1, 2021 for the first Interest Payment Date and on March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 of each year for each Interest Payment Date at which the Bonds are outstanding, or the subsequent Business Day without adjustment if such Interest Payment Date is not a Business Day.
