The Facility

• Situated on a tract of land 3/4 mile square enclosing just over 265 acres of rolling terrain with wooded trails, a creek with crossing bridges and open land and hay fields.

• The front gate leads down a half mile concrete drive, past paddocks and barns to the main house. • Building began in 1995, and now includes two barns with 45 stalls, including 12 double- size stallion and broodmare stalls, 5 wash stalls, stocks and a clinic, lounge with full bath, office and lavatory, and air conditioned tack, harness and carriage rooms. • Football field-sized indoor arena is 185’x300’. The structure has two 30’ wide doors at each end and multiple 20’ doors on the long sides. A misting system provides tempera- ture moderation, and a dust free working environment.

• A five acre tank, in the shape of Texas, provides irrigation water. • A 50 acre triangular shaped native pasture grass area is divided from the rest of the prop- erty by a 25 acre “band” created by Long Branch Creek and the surrounding trees. This 50 acre tract has ample flat area for multiple dressage arenas, and a natural “bowl” or am- phitheatre. Design plans for this area as a 3-day Eventing site are being developed with the assistance of Sally O’Conner.

• Offers English Riding instruction in three major disciplines: Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, and Saddleseat. Instruction is offered to students of all abilities, from age 5 and up. • Program follows internationally recognized Pony Club curriculum. Students progress through clearly defined levels as the develop both riding and horse management skills. Safety is stressed at every level. The learning environment is supportive, but prepares stu- dents to accept new challenges as their skills progress.
