Temeljem članka 13. Redovna godišnja Skupština ZAPRAF-a U skladu sa Statutom, direktorica Maja održana je u utorak, 21. lipnja 2016. godine. U 2015. godini je s osnove javnog izvođenja prikupljeno 8.151.763,44 kn što je povećanje u odnosu U ovoj kategoriji prikupljene su naknade s osnove prava za DJ-e, jukeboxe te digitalne arhive na na 2014. godinu od 6,65%. radio i tv postajama. U 2015. godini za mehanička prava ukupno je prikupljeno 688.106,68 kn, u odnosu na 2014. godinu govorimo o povećanju prihoda od 29,74%. U kategoriji javnog izvođenja počele su se prikupljati naknade i za zabavne priredbe te je u 2015. godini po toj osnovi ZAPRAF prihodovao oko 110 tisuća kuna.

Naknada za reproduciranje fonograma za privatno ili drugo vlastito korištenje (tzv. Blank Tape Levy) ―
U 2015. godini od naknada za reproduciranje fonograma za privatno ili drugo vlastito korištenje ukupno je prikupljeno 1.827.898,07 kn. Od tog iznosa, ZAPRAF je sukladno zakonskoj obvezi odvojio iznos od 548.369,42 kn (30%) za poticanje odgovarajućeg umjetničkog stvaralaštva i kulturne raznolikosti. Za razliku od prethodne reparticijske godine, u 2015. godini se bilježi smanjenje prikupljenih naknada po osnovi korištenja ovih prava za 9,21%.

Raspodjela naknada po prvi put temeljena je na samostalno prikupljenim podacima od radijskih i televizijskih postaja, na temelju rada vlastite informatičke službe za prikupljanje i obradu podataka koju je ZAPRAF osnovao sredinom 2015. godine.
U protekloj reparticijskoj godini raspodjela naknada nositeljima prava ukupno je porasla za 5%, te je u odnosu na prethodnu godinu, masa za raspodjelu bila veća za 1.351.067,63 kn. Troškovi rada ureda u odnosu na prikupljene naknade Za dodjelu sredstava iz Fonda za poticanje Pristigle prijave obradilo je Stručno pov- umjetničkog stvaralaštva i kulturne razno- jerenstvo imenovano od strane Upravnog likosti (tzv. Of this amount, and in line with the legal requirement, ZAPRAF earmarked a sum of 548,369.42 kn (30%) for stimulating appropriate artistic creativity and cultural diversity. In comparison to the previous year, in 2015 the amount of fees collected for these rights decreased by 0.15%.
