‘Endeavourers’ Speakers Club We are a group of 60 to 90 year olds that meet at Glan Ely church hall on Wednesday mornings from 10am to 1pm. From 10am to12pm, we meet and have speakers to talk about interesting subjects with a break for tea and biscuits. The cost is £2 which covers the cost of the speakers and the hall rental. From 12pm to 1pm, we have a lunch club serving light snacks prepared by volunteers there’s a small charge to cover the cost of the food. The club also runs holidays using a local tour company and these are very popular and places fill up very quickly. Why not pop in one Wednesday morning we are a really friendly crowd and you will be made most welcome.
