5. The bid price to be submitted shall not be below the Reserve Price and bidders shall/can improve their further offers in multiple of amounts mentioned in notice above.

6. The highest/successful bidder has to pay 25 % of the accepted offer (including EMD) immediately and the balance 75 % of the bid amount within 15 working days thereafter (Strictly). If the highest/successful bidder fails to deposit the amount as stipulated then the amount already deposited will be forfeited at the discretion of the Authorized Officer.

7. The EMD (without interest) of unsuccessful bidder will be returned on 3rd day of the closure of the e-auction sale proceedings through RTGS/NEFT.
