The Minister of State for Pensions is responsible for:  pensions policy, state pensions and Pension Credit  private pensions, automatic enrolment and NEST  The Pensions Regulator, Pension Protection Fund, Financial Assistance Scheme, The Pensions Advisory Service and the Pensions Ombudsman  Fuller Working Lives  Social Fund  Winter Fuel Payments and Cold Weather Payments  child maintenance

 Minister of State – Mark Harper MP

The Minister of State for Disabled People is responsible for:  cross-government disability issues and strategy  Employment and Support Allowance, Work Capability Assessment and Incapacity Benefit Reassessment Programme  disability benefits (Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment and Attendance Allowance)  carers  appeals reform  health and safety  fraud and error (including debt management)

 Parliamentary Under Secretary of State – Lord Freud*

The Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Welfare Reform is responsible for:  Universal Credit  Housing Benefit  benefit cap (a limit on the total amount of benefit people can get)  the Social Security Advisory Committee  credit unions  mental health review  the Health and Work Service  bereavement benefits
