Footnotes TIZNOW tracked the leaders from outside along the backstretch, raced just off the pace between horses while five wide leaving the turn, dropped back slightly in upper stretch, dug in gamely while between horses leaving the furlong marker, battled heads apart inside SAHKEE into deep stretch and prevailed in a long drive. SAKHEE bobbled a few strides away from the gate, raced in the middle of the pack while well off the rail along the backstretch, ranged up seven wide to threaten on the turn, accelerated to the front in upper stretch, continued on the lead into deep stretch but couldn't hold the winner safe. ALBERT THE GREAT forced the early pace while four wide, surged to the front nearing the far turn, extended his lead on the turn, maintained a slim advantage into upper stretch, relinquished the lead to SAKHEE in midstretch then held well to gain a share. MACHO UNO was unhurried early, raced well back for a half, closed the gap between horses to reach contention on the turn but couldn't sustain his rally. GUIDED TOUR settled in good position while saving ground, angled between horses while launching his bid near the far turn, remained a factor to the top of the stretch then weakened in the drive. GALILEO (IRE) was well placed just behind the early leaders, raced within striking distance between horses to the turn then lacked a strong closing bid. INCLUDE reserved early, gained some ground along the rail midway on the turn then flattened out. APTITUDE was strung out seven wide along the backstretch, continued very wide while lodging a mild rally on the turn then lacked a further response. GANDER steadied while being pinched back at the start, moved up while wide along the backstretch, angled out on the far turn, rallied just inside APTITUDE nearing the stretch then tired. BLACK MINNALOUSHE steadied in traffic between horses on the far turn and failed to threaten thereafter. A FLEETS DANCER never reached contention after being shuffled back in the early stages. ORIENTATE dueled along the rail to the far turn then gave way and was not abused in the late stages. FREEDOM CREST was never a factor while racing wide.
