On arrival at Melbourne Airport, clear Customs & Immigration before making your way to the transfer point to meet a shuttle for your transfer to your Melbourne Accommodation.

Today is free to explore Melbourne at your leisure - or perhaps look at adding the sightseeing options available. See the Fairy at Phillip Island, discover the hidden laneways or go wine tasting in the Yarra Valley.

Day 6

Make your way to Melbourne Airport for your onward Virgin Australia flight to Sydney.

Can I extend my Australia stay? Yes, you may extend your stay. It is subject to availability at $100 plus any additional costs.

How much would it cost to fly from an airport not listed as part of this deal? This deal is only available from Los Angeles (LAX). Should you require an add-on from another city, advise Down Under Answers at time of redemption for additional cost.

Does my child need a Groupon, and can they stay in my room? Each traveler must purchase a Groupon Voucher. Child discounts do not apply on this package. In some cases, you may stay three to a room, but four to a room is not normally allowed. Instead you’d get two rooms, and we’d make the request that they were adjoining rooms.

How do I find out if the dates I want to travel are available? Click the “See Options” button on the Groupon page to view the available departure dates. The trip will show as “sold out” if it is no longer available.

What happens if I buy the Groupon and my travel dates are not available? You can either choose another date or be refunded by Groupon. Once purchased, we just need your names EXACTLY AS PER YOUR PASSPORT and other information to fulfill the trip for you.

Does my child need a Groupon, and can they stay in my room? Child pricing may vary depending on the age and bedding available in each room. Please call for a quotation prior purchasing.

Is the price shown for one or two people? Prices shown are per person, based on two people sharing a room. So you will need to purchase two Groupons. If you are a single traveler – purchase one Groupon and pay the Single Supplement noted directly to Down Under Answers.

Do I need travel protection? It is not required, but highly recommended.

Do I need a Visa? US and Canadian citizens do not need a Visa; instead, it is called an “electronic travel authority” and Down Under Answers will process this for you for the cost of $25 per person. Please keep in mind that for almost everyone traveling this is all you need, but there are exceptions, such as citizens that have a felony on their record, or other convictions. In that case, you would need to contact the Australian Consulate.

Groupon Terms & Conditions Groupon will provide a refund if you change your mind within thirty days after you've purchased your voucher and want to "return" the unused voucher. If you have booked your vacation within the redemption period and Down Under Answers ticketed your airfare and confirmed your travel arrangements, the voucher is considered "used" and no refund is applicable.

Packages are 100% nonrefundable/non changeable once your voucher is redeemed.

Ground reservations will be requested at the time payment is received. Should the proposed accommodation not be available, Down Under Answers will do all possible to confirm an alternative as close in price and location as possible. Additional fees may apply.

Names CANNOT be changed once ticketed – so please make sure your name matches your passport exactly. First Middle and Last names required.

TRAVEL PROTECTION is strongly recommended. Travel protection can be purchased to cover all penalties in the event Customer needs to cancel or change the Customer’s travel plans. Travel protection can provide medical and emergency assistance protection during travel, as well as provide some loss and delay coverage. Absent insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the Customer’s/traveler’s responsibility and Customers/travelers will not receive any refund (total or partial) for money paid. Important - To enter Australia & New Zealand, you must possess a passport valid for 6 months beyond your return date to the US. An Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) is required to enter Australia and must be obtained before you depart. Your ETA can be issued by your travel agent or Down Under Answers for a $25 per person fee, if you are a US or Canadian citizen without a criminal record. Others must contact an Australian consulate or Embassy.

E-Documents: All documentation will be sent electronically within two weeks of departure. Please advise a valid email address at time of booking.

Children: Be aware that some travel products do not allow children below a certain age. If Customer plans to travel with children, Customer must notify Down Under Answers when booking.

Additional Items: Any items booked in addition to the advertised package may have additional terms and conditions that apply.

Limitation of Liability: Down Under Answers shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays, sickness, injury, or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond Down Under Answers’ or a Service Provider’s reasonable control. In no event will Down Under Answers’ liability exceed the total amounts Customer paid Down Under Answers for Customer’s travel. Down Under Answers assumes no responsibility for lost tickets, documents, passes, or coupons.

Relationship of the Parties: Down Under Answers shall be deemed to be an independent contractor for all purposes under these Terms & Conditions. Down Under Answers is acting solely to facilitate the reservation and purchase of Travel Related Services and is not acting in any other capacity with either the Customers or the Service Providers, including, but not limited to, any partnership, joint venture, co- ownership, or agency relationship of any kind with any Customer or Service Provider. Down Under Answers does not have any control over the quality, timing, safety or legality of any Travel Related Service actually reserved or purchased by or for a Customer. Down Under Answers does not and cannot control whether or not a Service Provider represents its products accurately or fulfills any agreement or obligation with any Customer.

Disputes & Indemnity: As Down Under Answers is not involved in providing the Travel Related Services for the Customer, any and all disputes between a Customer and Service Provider are solely between that Customer and that Service Provider, and the Customer and Service Provider should handle all such disputes directly with that Customer or Service Provider. If Service Provider or Customer contacts Down Under Answers relating to any dispute between the Customer or Service Provider, Down Under Answers may, in its sole discretion, facilitate dispute resolution and reserves the right to take any action that Down Under Answers deems appropriate under the circumstances. Customer agrees to release Down Under Answers and its agents and employees from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. Furthermore, Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Down Under Answers from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
