I say big deal. Prostitution is regarded as the world’s oldest profession. To make it illegal borders on hypocrisy… Mormon “stay- at-home-Moms” trade sex for roofs of their head and food – and anything else they decide they need later, SUV’s, gym memberships, clothing, MLM's (stickers/stamps/juices,et.all), hobbies, decorations, a bigger house, another new car, more scrapbooking stuff, a sewing machine, maid service... ETC!

Prostitution may be the ONLY LAST HONEST BUSINESS. $100 to get your rocks off; then it’s a done deal. You want to ride it again? Just like any amusement park… buy another ticket.

Now if you’re living this lifestyle, and said you wouldn’t (i.e. married)...

Your wife better be in on the "marry-go-round-ride" !!! (LOL!)

...or you lied to her…

And we all know “Hell hath no furry like a woman scorned!”

Any moron that actually answers an "ad" on Craigslist or any other online outlet is a fool. It's a great way to get ripped off by the hooker and her pimp (or nasty friends) OR,get arrested by one's fellow associates in law enforcement. Extremely stupid, wasn't worth the job, pension, but you DID get screwed. OOPS! My mistake, this was one huge case of ritualistic self abuse. The badge will get you a**, and that a** WILL get your badge. They teach you that FIRST day in the academy, numb nuts.

I think that whatever goes on between consenting adults ETC,. That should include cops as well.

This is something that is nobodies business. I hold the same position on this as I do Clinton's BJ. However, if this cop has ever busted someone for the same thing then throw the book at him.

Hey, rerook, defend this cop. Also, tell me this was his first time after a thousand years on the force. Oh, I forgot. To protect and to serve. As long as they're hookers.

Actually it wasn't log ago that a cop got busted in SLC for busting hookers and then letting them off if they put out.

Sex in marriage should not be the only legal contract between seekers and providers. It’s time critics of prostitution reconsidered their position. The way civil liberties are viewed, allowing prohibitionist propaganda to drive laws merely guarantees: drug dependency, physical abuse and the spread of STDs.

That's how self-fulfilling prophecies work. Besides, if we didn't have blue laws cops would have to go after real criminals. And that can be dangerous and hard work. We can't have that now can we?
