RED HOOK COMMUNITY HEALTH OCTOBER 2018

Welcome to Red Hook mural by Groundswell located at the corner of Hamilton Avenue and West 9th Street. Data Review – Agency and Organization Data The Red Hook Community Health Needs and Assets Assessment team looked at community data from different agencies and organizations, and identified missing data needing further exploration. Over the course of the assessment new data and tools became available. Some data in this summary has been updated from the original data the CHNAA team reviewed in summer and fall 2017.
