Definitions 'Record Date' All shares that are settled on the Record Date will be eligible to receive a dividend. 'Ex-Dividend Date' A dividend will be accrued for the benefit of the shareholders on the Ex-Dividend date. 'Reinvestment Date' Dividends will be reinvested in the Fund at the Reinvestment Date NAV price. 'Payable Date' The amount of the monthly dividend payment will be calculated with reference to the Payable Date. 'Pay Date' Payment is made to any shareholder electing not to reinvest dividends.
