Thank you for joining me on Tuesday for the talk about Traveling in Central Italy.

I have a good answer to the question about finding good tour guides in Italy: Teseotur (https://www.teseotur.com) is the Orvieto-based tour company co-owned by my friend David Tordi, who I told you is a Rick Steves tour guide. I know from experience that he and the guides he hires are exceptional. So if you need a guide in Central Italy, Teseotur is your best resource. They also offer custom tours and services, so they could facilitate the kind of trip we were talking about and do the driving for you. Furthermore, I talked to him yesterday and he confirmed that he is willing and able to refer to tour guides in other parts of the country.

As I mentioned, he is part of a network of excellent local guides, and you might be interested in the small group tours that he and a couple of colleagues are organizing: https://www.guided- by.com David's Central Italy may be of interest, even if only for browsing and dreaming, as it covers a slightly larger geography than what we talked about on Tuesday.

I end with good news sent to me yesterday from a friend in Rome: an article with the delicious headline “Italy to reopen for tourists this summer.” It looks like we are going to be able to go to Italy soon.

Finally, my contact information is below. I’m always happy to talk about Italy!

Best,
