INKY alias ALBERT JACKSON, ab. native; is On night of 1st inst., from the yard of Messrs. charged, on warrant issued at New Norcia, on 25th Padbury & Co., Perth, from the person of James "anuary, 1877, with deserting service of Bishop Stevens, of York,—16s. or 17s. in money, knife and Salvado, on 19th January, 1877, and also with tobacco; the pocket had been cut. This robbery is larceny, vide C.L 33. Description—middling stout, reported by Perth Police as very doubtful, and is thought 17 years of age, about Sft. 6in. high, oval visage; is to be an attempt to throw suspicion off about the head a horse breaker. This offender has gone northwards, collar.—C.I. 35. and is likely to be at Long's or Nairn's station.

On or about 20th ult., from dwelling house of NEMAR alias JOHNNY ; is charged on warrant Mary Ann Tapper, ,—pair woman's cottonV / issued at Bridgetown, on 15th ult., with deserting drawers and cotton chemise.
