Interactive Swatch Books

Starting color name is maintained during the Swatch Books iterations. Source Color can be selected and added as a Print Mode Defined color in Swatch Books. After printing a swatch from Swatch Books you can now select the patch that is the closest match and create a new swatch set off of the selected swatch. This iteration process can be cloned multiple times if necessary to achieve the closest match to the color you are trying to match. Swatches can be added as a Print Mode Defined Color within Swatch Books. After completing a color match in Swatch Books you can add a Print Mode Defined Color directly inside of the Swatch Books dialog. Print and Measure Swatch Book swatches: When using a Spot Color or LAB color in Swatch Books, you now have the ability to print and scan the swatch with a spectrophotometer. After the swatch is scanned, a report is generated that will display the Delta E value for each patch, allowing you to select the closest match and add a Print Mode Defined Color for that match. Iteration can also be performed off a selected color from within the report results dialog. Swatch Books dialog no longer needs to be closed before performing tasks anywhere else in the software.

Print Label Enhancements

Add a custom image to a print label: A new feature allows you to select a raster image to include in the print label. This could be a logo, business information, bar code, or any other raster image. Adding a print label image can be automated through Quick Sets or through ONYX Connect. Print label image justification: When adding an image to a print label, either the right or left orientation can be selected. QR code in the print label: Print Labels now have the ability to generate a QR code that will include any or all job ticket information for a job. QR code generation can be automated through Quick Sets and will automatically include the job ticket information that is through ONYX Connect.
