Yoga and Mindfulness – Connecting to our Senses A Day Retreat for Health Care Professionals With Thuli Whitehouse (General Practitioner) and Nina Dhiman (Psychological Therapist).

We are offering a retreat day for health care colleagues to gather together to practice and experience the benefits of mindfulness inspired . The day is open to those with some experience of yoga and those with a regular practice. We will provide an introduction to yoga as a therapeutic and holistic discipline for physical and mental health. Practices will include postures and movement, breath work along with mindfulness meditations interspersed with short reflections to support well-being. Yoga is re-vitalizing and relaxing and together with meditation helps us to pause and touch the world with fresh appreciation so that we may connect to our senses and deeper sense of self within.
