Shuttle Service to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center

Shuttle service is provided between the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC) and the official NAA listed on this page. If you have any questions about the shuttle or if you need to make advance reservations for a wheelchair-accessible shuttle, please see a shuttle supervisor at BCEC or call KUSHNER & ASSOCIATES at 310-597-1673 during shuttle hours.

Shuttle Schedule NAA Friday Night Party

Tuesday, June 16 The NAA Friday Night Party will be held at Lawn D/Westin Ballroom. 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. * Non-peak Every 30 minutes Shuttle boarding location will remain at the BCEC. Please return to the regular boarding area at the BCEC for the shuttle. Wednesday, June 17 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Peak Every 10-15 minutes 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. 10:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Non-peak Every 30 minutes Shuttle from hotels to BCEC approximately every 20 minutes. 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. * Peak Every 10-15 minutes

Thursday, June 18 8:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. 6:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. Peak Every 10-15 minutes Shuttle from BCEC to hotels approximately every 20 minutes. 10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Non-peak Every 30 minutes Last departure from Party to hotels is at 10:00 p.m. 3:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. * Peak Every 10-15 minutes

Friday, June 19 Hotels Within Walking Distance 6:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. Peak Every 10-15 minutes Shuttle service will not be provided for walk hotels listed below as 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Non-peak Every 30 minutes they are within walking distance to Lawn D/Westin Ballroom. 2 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. * Peak Every 10-15 minutes

* Time last shuttle departs the BCEC returning to hotels. Last shuttle from hotels coming to the BCEC is an hour prior to this time.
