I am a full member of the Institute of Acoustics (MIOA). 1.2 I am Principal Acoustic Consultant with AWN Consulting Ltd. and have over 19 years consulting experience working in the field of environmental noise impact assessment. My professional background includes the preparation of Noise Impact Assessments for various projects types including transport, industrial, commercial, leisure and residential developments throughout Ireland. 2 Role in Proposed Road Development 2.1 I have prepared the noise and vibration appraisal for the proposed road development within the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR). 2.2 This involved the selection and review of baseline studies, noise modelling of the proposed road development, impact assessment for the construction and operational phases, noise and vibration mitigation recommendations and residual impact assessments. 2.3 I prepared Chapter 17 Noise and Vibration of the EIAR for the proposed road development and the associated Appendices. -

To the Lord Mayor and Report No. 150/2020 Members of Dublin City Council Report of the A/Head of Human Resources and Corporate Services Progress Report on Fifth Year of the Corporate Plan 2015 – 2019 In accordance with Section 134 (11) (a) of the Local Government Act, 2001, as amended, the annual progress report of the City Council’s Corporate Plan 2015-2019 is submitted to the elected Council. The Corporate Plan served as Dublin City Council’s strategic framework for action for the period 2015 -2019. It was prepared in compliance with the Local Government Act 2001 and the Local Government Reform Act 2014 and took into account the range of relevant national and European policies, strategies and plans. This report sets out the key achievements during 2019 and progress against the goals and objectives of the Corporate Plan. It supplements the system of monthly management reporting which was introduced in 2014 and which the Council is provided with updates on activity on a monthly basis. ROLL OF HONOUR Pat Devlin needs no introduction to Bray Wanderers FAI Cup Winners (2) fans having managed the Seagulls for over 600 games. Pat led Bray Wanderers to two FAI cups wins, 3 First 1990, 1999 Division titles and a Shield title. Pat’s backroom team at First Division Champions (3) Cabinteely also includes ex-Wanderers’ manager Eddie Gormley and coach Eddie Wallace. 1985/86, 1995/96, 1999/00 First Division runners-up (2) Our Academy teams have returned to training in preparation for the season ahead which hopefully will 1990/91, 1997/98 start at the end of June or early July. Shield Winners (1) 1995/96 Former Wanderers player Jody Lynch will be joining Vincent Kirwan as co-commentator on the live stream National League B Division Champions (2) of tonight’s match. Jody was an FAI cup winner with 1991/92, 1998/99 Wanderers in 1999, First Division winner in 1999/2000 and the Supporters Club Player of the year in 1997/98. Enda McGuill Cup (1) 2005 Paul Walsh has joined the club in the role of Head of FAI Intermediate Cup Winners (2) Education, Community and Partnerships.
