Adds forests to right‐to‐farm act (Barkis co‐sponsor) • HB 1013: Extends Walla Walla Watershed Management pilot • HB 1009/SB 5009: (Dolan/Hunt) State Auditor’s duties & procedures – removes requirement for statement of all expenditures for labor relations consultants – changes Prefiled Bills reporting to leg requirements • SB 5007: Motorcycle Helmet laws – changes requirement to only those under 21.
