CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVES: To describe the process of real estate, promote the unique set of tools that only Realtors® can access, show what can happen without the guidance of a Realtor® … all told through the power of radio, digital and print ads, billboards and transit bus ads now through November.

OUR STORY: With a Realtor®, you see what others can’t. You get the experience to see around every corner. See through every claim or promise. See the potential in any property. See your sale through, on the terms that work for you.

It’s something we call Realtor® Vision. It’s the vision to read the fine print — including “due diligence,” “encumbrance” and “easement” — and help you navigate all the contracts and paperwork.

It’s the vision to see the upcoming highway expansion in the backyard of what looks like a dream home. Or the noisy nightclub opening soon next to the perfect townhome. It’s the vision to see the facts in black and white — for instance, you really don’t need to put 20 percent down on your first home purchase.

Of course, you can go online, download apps, and head off on your journey alone. But remember, buying or selling a home is one of the biggest transactions you’ll ever make.
