THE KENT COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, BOROUGH OF SWALE) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT No. 3B) ORDER 2012

The Council of the County of Kent in exercise of their powers under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1) and (2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49 and 53 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the chief officer of police in accordance with Paragraph 20 of Schedule 9 to the Act, propose to make the following Order:-

A - This Order may be cited as the Kent County Council (Various Roads, Borough of Swale) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Amendment 3B Order 2011 and shall come into force on the 6th day of April, 2012.

B. the Kent County Council (Various Roads, Borough of Swale) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2010 shall have effect as though -

In the Schedules to the Order

Roads in Leysdown in-Sheppey in the Borough of Swale

Leysdown Road

The following shall be inserted in Schedule 1 [prohibitions of waiting at all times] in the correct alphabetical sequence

LEYSDOWN ROAD On the southern side from a point 2 metres east of the eastern boundary of 31 Leysdown Road, west to a point 3 metres east of the boundary of 37/39 Leysdown Road.

Back Lane
