These are the Terms and Conditions for entry into the ballot for a ticket to attend the Members’ Activity scheduled to be held on the Activity Date.

1. The ballot is run by (“MCC”). 2. All Full, Senior and Associate MCC Members (“Members”) are eligible to enter the ballot to attend the Members’ Activity with up to three (3) guests who are from their household or ‘support bubble’, as defined and updated in accordance with relevant government guidelines. The most up to date guidance at the time of publication of these Terms and Conditions is available here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/local-covid-alert-levels-what-you-need-to- know#local-covid-alert-level-high However, Members should check for up to date guidelines on the day of the Members’ Activity. 3. Places for the Members’ Activity are subject to availability and will be held in accordance with relevant government guidelines in force at the time of the Members’ Activity. 4. If the Members’ Activity has multiple Sitting Times, Members’ may enter the ballot and select their preferred Sitting Time or elect no preference. However, for the avoidance of doubt, Members shall be entitled to only attend one (1) sitting. 5. Members are limited to one (1) entry. No bulk entries will be accepted and duplicate entries will be disqualified. 6. MCC cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by a Member as a result of entering the ballot or as a result of not obtaining a ticket to attend the Members’ Activity. 7. There is no fee or purchase necessary to enter the ballot. 8. By entering this ballot, Members will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 9. The ballot opens on the Ballot Open Date and the closing date for receipt of entries shall be on the Ballot Closing Date. Entries must be made via the Member’s account on MCC’s Ticket Platform, SRO at https://tickets.lords.org/en- GB/categories/Member-Activities.

10. MCC is not responsible for any technical glitches or malfunctions or any other problems out of its control that result in an entry not being properly received by MCC. 11. The successful Members will be drawn randomly from the ballot entries and will be notified via email, to the email address registered as part of their SRO account, by the Outcome Date. 12. Successful Members are required to contact MCC’s Club Events Department at [email protected] or on 020 7616 8501 by the Acknowledgment Date to confirm their intended attendance at the Members’ Activity, provide the name/s of their guest/s for security and health and safety purposes (i.e. track and trace), any relevant dietary requirements or allergies for them or their guests, and in accordance with sub-paragraph 15(f) below, whether they require a car parking space at Lord’s. 13. In addition to paragraph 12, successful Members will be required to pay the Price for their ticket/s by the Payment Date via their account on MCC’s Ticket Platform, SRO at https://tickets.lords.org/en-GB/categories/Member-Activities. 14. If the successful Member does not contact MCC’s Club Events Department in accordance with paragraph 12 above and/or pay the Price in accordance with paragraph 13 above, they (and their guest/s) will forfeit their right to attend the Members’ Activity. MCC shall then be entitled to reallocate the ticket to attend the Members’ Activity to the Member next in line from the original draw. 15. By entering this ballot, Members accept and acknowledge that: (a) subject to paragraph 14, they and their guests will be advised of their allocated arrival time following the Acknowledgement Date. Arrival times will be staggered in 15-minute intervals within one (1) hour following the Sitting Time. Arrival times must be strictly adhered to and cannot be amended; (b) they and their guests will be allocated a strict time period notified by MCC to enjoy the Members’ Activity; (c) the Activity Date is subject to change or cancellation depending on the government guidance at the time of the Members’ Activity; (d) they will be advised by MCC before the Cancellation Date if the Members’ Activity is going to be cancelled or rescheduled for an alternative day and time. No liability shall be assumed by MCC for any personal travel, accommodation arrangements made in relation to the Members’ Activity or the rescheduling or cancellation of the activity;

(e) access or egress to Lord’s shall be via the No.6 Gate on Grove End Road only; (f) car parking space is limited to one (1) space per booking (i.e. a successful Member and their guests will be allocated one car parking space between them); (g) attendance at the Members’ Activity means the ticket holder has accepted and agrees to comply with MCC’s COVID-19 Update and Statement, which may be viewed at https://www.lords.org/lords/news-stories/mcc-update-in-relation-to- covid-19-1; (h) on account of current security and health and safety protocols in light of COVID-19 and the closure of Lord’s, Members and their guest/s will not be permitted access to any part of Lord’s, whether in the Warner Stand, Pavilion or otherwise, other than through and to the areas to which they are escorted; and

(i) attendance at the Member’s Activity means the ticket holder consents to filming, photography and sound recording which may include the Member and/or their guests or its copyright in these and it’s in commercial distribution without payment.

16. In the event MCC cancels in the Members’ Activity in accordance with paragraph 15(d) and you have paid the Price, you will be entitled to a refund.

17. MCC reserves the right to: (i) vary these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the Ballot Open Date and Ballot Closing Date; and/or (ii) disqualify any Member who breaches these Terms and Conditions or has acted fraudulently in any way; and/or (iii) cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend the ballot in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its control, with no liability to any Members or third parties. 18. Any Member entering the ballot and who is found to have made false or deliberately misleading statements in relation to any aspect of their entry may expect to be referred to the Club’s Disciplinary Panel.

19. Any personal data collected by MCC shall be processed by MCC in accordance with MCC’s Privacy Notice, which may be viewed at www.lords.org.

20. These Terms and Conditions are subject to and governed by the laws of England and Wales.
