Possible public exposures to COVID-19 in Southern Health-Santé Sud September 24 - December 21, 2020 Town/Municipality Location Dates/Times Rosenort Prairie View School (112 River Rd N, December 16, 2020 Rosenort) A confirmed case of COVID-19 was in the school on Dec. 16 when that individual may have been infectious. Based on the public health investigation, this exposure was assessed to be low risk. The infection was not believed to be acquired at school. No close contacts have been identified or advised to self isolate. Portage La Prairie École Arthur Meighen School (201 River December 15, 2020 Rd. Portage La Prairie) A confirmed case of COVID-19 was in the school on Dec. 15 when that individual may have been infectious. Based on the public health investigation, this exposure was assessed to be low risk. The infection was not believed to be acquired at school. Close contacts have been advised to self-isolate and seek testing if symptoms develop. Based on the public health investigation, this exposure was assessed to be low risk overall for the school community. The infection was not believed to be acquired at school. Classroom contacts have been advised to self-monitor for symptoms. Close contacts have been identified and advised to self-isolate (quarantine). Morden Morden Collegiate Institute (345 5th Street, November 25, 2020 Morden) A confirmed case of COVID-19 was in the school on Nov. 25 when they may have been infectious. Based on the public health investigation, this exposure was assessed to be low risk overall for the school community. The infection was not believed to be acquired at school. Anyone who is a close contact has been contacted directly by public health officials or received a letter notifying that they are a close contact.
