????????? QUESTIONS ????????? As your dutifully appointed Commissioner, I have taken some time to study other commissioner’s Reports from around the IWA. There are some Imaginary Monies that doled out for various contests, Comments/Trash Talk, etc. I have an allotment that is burning a hole in the proverbial Commissioner’s pocket, and I’d like to know how should the Commissioner bank roll it out for Best Comments/Trash Talk each cycle?
