To discuss submitted proposals for the DAPTC AGM -Cllr Parish proposes that CCPC put forward a motion that NALC are asked to continue to lobby for P&T Councils to have Statutory Consultee Status in the planning process 12. Correspondence received (see appendix C) 13. Reports from Working Groups a)Environment Group; 1. To resolve to request a free tree pack from the Woodland Trust and to participate in November’s tree charter day. If application for free trees is successful there would be no cost to the Council. 2. To consider if the Council wish to input into the formation of Planet Purbeck and eventually formally support the Planet Purbeck group and it’s mission statement when formed (Proposed by Cllr Parish). 3. To consider if the Council wish to support and/or be involved in the Purbeck Festival (Proposed by Cllr Parish). b) Gods Acre The cremation plots at God’s Acre were overgrown and some were barely visible .Rupert and Liz Spicer Short and Pete and Gill Sellen have spent 25 hours on the plots and they are now visible again and the edges are properly strimmed. The council is added to record its thanks for this great effort
