Welcome To Seafield Holiday Park

Seafield is a stone’s throw away from the sea in the pretty village of! Westward Ho! The park is a five-minute walk from the award-winning Blue Flag beach, and backs onto the picturesque Kipling Tors which offer stunning cliff top walks overlooking the bay. Here at Seafield, we take pride in being a family-run site, and we strive to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. We are open all year round and our accommodation caters for both couples and families. Additionally, we offer mobility and pet friendly units, so there’s something for everyone!

Over the years Seafield has been developed and improved, with this year being no exception. We are delighted to announce the arrival of our brand-new Royal caravans which overlook the bay. These caravans are proving to be very popular with holiday makers.

If you want a stylish and spacious top of the range caravan, the Royal Clovelly is perfect for you! These caravans were brand new to our site in 2019, featuring a contemporary open plan interior, and fitted kitchen. They have stunning sea views, which you can make the most of by opening the French doors which lead to an enclosed decked balcony. These caravans are perfect all year round as they have full central heating and double glazing. They are available with 2 or 3 bedrooms, and all have a pull-out bed in the lounge.

Like the Royal Clovelly units, the 2-3-bedroom, 12ft wide Hartland caravans are some of our larger caravans on-site. They feature an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area perfect for families or couples. Central heating and sea views are available in selected units. All Hartlands except for numbers 33 and 56 are pet friendly, so your furry friends can enjoy the holiday with you!

l Large villas y NEW FOR THIS YEAR

Proving to be a very popular option for families, our Large Lundy Villas are one of our largest accommodations and sleep up to 10 people! With a modern interior and comfortable furniture, these villas are a home from home. Every villa has its own covered veranda where you can make the most of the stunning sea views all year round. They come with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large living space and 4 bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and two twin rooms set at the back of the accommodation, with the open plan kitchen, 26’ dining and living space located at the front. This open plan living space has wall to wall windows at the front of the accommodation to give you the best possible sea views. There is one bathroom in the unit, with a shower and WC. As well as having sea views, these units look out over a grass lawn directly in front. The lawn area has numerous garden table and chair sets so you can enjoy an evening meal or drinks outside your villa. Named after Ian Braddick’s late mother-in-law Ivy is our lovely Ivy Cottage, which is the only one of its kind on our site. Backing onto the Kipling Tors, Ivy Cottage is fitted with wall to wall windows at the front of the accommodation allowing you to take advantage of the glorious sea views. The cottage has two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and a double sofa bed accommodating up to 10 people. This cottage is perfect for families or large groups with a fully equipped kitchen, large fridge/freezer, a family bathroom with a shower and WC, along with a covered veranda. l Small Lundy View Villas y

These villas are the same design as our Large Lundy 2 bedrooms

Villas but a smaller version, with two bedrooms (one Sleeps up to 4 people double and one twin). They are classed as mobility Sea views friendly with a separate entrance at the rear of the Mobility friendly accommodation on a flat surface, and an allocated parking space next to the rear entrance. These villas Convector heaters also benefit from widened doorways for extra ease, Pet friendly this makes them great for wheelchair and mobility scooter access. As well as the access at the rear of the PRICES STARTING AT £259 accommodation, these villas have an entrance at the A WEEK OR A NIGHT front of the accommodation. They have a fully equipped £55 kitchen, living space, and dining area. Like the Large Lundy villas, they also have fantastic sea views and come with a private veranda.

SMALL LUNDY VIEW VILLAS Deluxe Kipling Villas

These Deluxe Kiplings are upgraded versions of our Kipling villas, they share the same unspoiled sea views and have full central heating. These 2-bedroom villas back onto the Kipling Tors and are located at the top of our site, they are complete with a modern kitchen, living, dining and viewpoint area with large bay windows. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. These Deluxe villas can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Further Information:

All caravans and villas come fully equipped, this includes : crockery, cutlery, a toaster, a microwave, a cooker, a fridge freezer, kettle, and a TV. Bed linen is included, and all beds are made ready for your arrival. Check in time is 4pm and check out is anytime before 10am. If your accommodation has a sofa bed that you would like to use, please inform our reception staff and they will ensure that extra linen is sent to your unit. Pets are charged at £30 a week per pet, this is payable on booking. If pets are not declared, then guests will be charged on arrival. If you are thinking of bringing a pet, please read our terms and conditions page on our website. We can provide cots and highchairs on request, there is a £10 hire charge per item. We ask for a £10 refundable deposit for your remote control and a £1 refundable deposit per key on arrival, you get the deposit back when you return these items at the end of your stay. 13 Your holiday in Westward Ho!

The Blue Flag beach at Westward Ho! attracts holiday makers and locals every year with its famous long sandy beach, pebble ridge, rockpools, and the Kipling Tors. The holiday park is a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village where you can browse local gift shops, restaurants, cafés, or partake in outdoor sports activities including water sports and golf. As well as Westward Ho! You’ll find several other seaside towns and villages within a short distance to explore during your stay. Local Attractions: Seafield is within proximity to many attractions, so you can do as much or as little as you please!

There are several eateries in Westward Ho! For you to enjoy during your stay. Here are some of our favourites:

Morans restaurant and bar - offers Thai cuisine, traditional English dishes, and cocktails.

Country Cousins - is famous for its carvery and desert trolley, but it also offers a great a la carte menu.

The Drift Restaurant - offers a variety of dishes which are regularly updated so there is something for everyone! You can eat gorgeous food while enjoying the sea view.

The Pier House - is located a stone’s throw away from the site, and is well known for its decked sun terrace where you can enjoy a meal or drinks and take in the views!

As well as these restaurants, there are several cafes in the village perfect for lunch or an afternoon coffee. Additionally, there are takeaways in the village including Chinese food and fish & chips. Entertainment

The Sunset Festival – located on the village green, this FREE entertainment creates a thriving atmosphere on the green during the summer. Relax with a drink and enjoy the diverse entertainment including music, circus skills, Westward Ho’s Got Talent, and free fun. This has been running on the green for 3 years now, and is highly popular with holidaymakers and locals!

The Pier House - located opposite our site, they offer free entertainment during the peak summer season, which varies from game shows, quizzes, bingo, open mic, tribute bands, and of course the kids club for when you want a rest, but they’re still going! By Car: Take junction 27 off the M5 at Tiverton onto the North Devon Link Road (A361). On reaching , take the A39 to and continue across the Torridge Bridge. Keep on the A39, go straight across the roundabout and continue for ½ a mile, then take the next turning on the right signposted Westward Ho! Stay on this road for approximately 1.5 miles. This road will then take you down a steep hill called Stanwell Hill. At the bottom take an immediate left turn onto Merley Road. Seafield is then located at the end of the road on the left-hand side.
