We found that in the process of holding the ball, Zheng Wang's double stance and single stance phases in the first, third and fourth turn was reasonable, but in the second turn it was unbalanced. (2) Zheng Wang’s rotation were relatively faster, and rotation was fluent. She was one of the fastest female hammer throwers in the world. (3)During the rotation in the last turn, Zheng Wang maintained the same rotation time as the third circle, which lead to less speed-up, compare with the third circle.(4) During the rotation, the Angle of the fan was basically reasonable, but the increment of the second, third and fourth circle was unstable than that of the previous turns. (5)Through the long-term observation of Zheng Wang's training and competition, it was found that there were some problems in the psychological stability of the competition.

„Moja ulubiona dyscyplina sportu i wybrany idol sportowy” Anita Włodarczyk 1 Mam na imię Weronika i chodzę do VI klasy. Moją ulubioną dziedziną sportową jest lekka atletyka. Bardzo lubię biegać oraz rzucać. Moja ukochaną dyscypliną jest rzut piłeczką palantową. Okazało się, że osiągam z rzutów całkiem niezłe wyniki i nauczyciel wychowania fizycznego zaproponował mi treningi lekkoatletyczne. Jesienią startowałam w Czwartkach LA i swoimi wynikami pokonywałam innych, zajmując I miejsca. Szkoda, że teraz nie mogę trenować, bo miałam szanse pojechać na zawody ogólnopolskie. Moim idolem sportowym jest Anita Włodarczyk. Można powiedzieć, że coś nas łączy: obie lubimy rzucać- ja piłeczką palantową, a Anita młotem Wybrałam tę osobę ponieważ uważam też, że jest kobietą godną naśladowania. Chciałabym tak jak ona rozwijać swoją pasję, a także dążyć do celu i się nigdy nie poddawać. Uważam także, że jest przy tym bardzo dobrym i skromnym człowiekiem. Moim marzeniem jest kiedyś ją spotkać. Teraz przedstawię jej bogatą biografię. Ma tyle sukcesów, że nie chciałam niczego pominąć. Anita urodziła się 8 sierpnia 1985 w Rawiczu. We wczesnej młodości trenowała speedrower – w 1998 roku została mistrzynią Europy juniorów w rywalizacji drużynowej. 2 Już podczas nauki w szkole podstawową zaczęła odnosić pierwsze sukcesy w lekkoatletyce kiedy to zwyciężyła w mistrzostwach województwa leszczyńskiego w czworoboju. Od 2001 roku zaczęła trenować w klubie Kadet Rawicz i początkowo zajmowała się rzutem dyskiem (w rzucie młotem zadebiutowała w 2002), a od 2005 roku startowała w barwach AZS-AWF Poznań. Na mistrzostwach Polski seniorów Włodarczyk zadebiutowała w Białej Podlaskiej zajmując 2005 roku szóste miejsce w rzucie młotem. W 2006 zdobyła pierwszy w karierze medal mistrzostw Polski seniorów, zajmując w Bydgoszczy trzecie miejsce.
