October 2012 –January 2013 Trainee Physical Education Teacher, Al-Qauqa’a Iben Ammro Middel School, Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Interests: I am interested in physical activity, sedentary behaviors and health. Particularly, I am interested in examining and understanding the effects of active and sedentary lifestyles on cardiovascular physiology and health including the effects on heart rate variability, blood pressure, pulse wave velocity and several other cardiovascular biomarkers.
