There is the new jumping pillow, cotton jump, corn crib, and of course the hay rides to the pumpkin field where you can pick your own pump- kin. This family time is only 10 dollars for ages two and up. Tate Farms is located on Moores Mill Road in Meridianville. On the south end of the county, the Harmony Park Safari is an exotic and endangered animal drive through zoo. It is open now till November 30. The zoo is two miles long. Age two and up is seven dollars per person. The Safari park opens at 10 a.m. and closes at sunset, and is open every day even holidays. It’s located at 431 Clouds Cove Road in Southeast Huntsville. It has zebras, zebus, antelope, buffalo, a camel, ostriches, pythons & crocodiles. You can even feed the animals! The Scarecrow Trail is back once again, at the beautiful Botanical Gardens in Huntsville. It started September 1st and goes through October 31. The theme this year is ‘Fabulous Fall’. They are featuring traditional scarecrows, unique hay bale art, and weekend hay rides. Weekend hay rides are Saturday 10 a.m.-4 p.m., and Sunday 1-4 p.m. Admission will be charged. For more information contact the Gardens at (256)-830-4447. The Huntsville Museum of Art is featuring “Blood, Thread and Tears,” WWII quilts with approximately 20 WWII-era quilts, including photographs, V mail, ration books, parachute samples, magazines & newspa- per quilting patterns. Admission will be charged for the exhibit. The exhibit opened August 21 and will be held till November 7th. On Sunday it is open 1 to 4 p.m., Tuesdays and Wednesdays 11a.m. to 4p.m., Thursdays 11.am. to 8p.m. and on Fridays and Saturdays 11a.m. to 4 p.m. This exhibit will be held at the Huntsville Museum of Art, 300 Church St. South Huntsville.
