HIGHLIGHT PAC-12 MEN’S BASKETBALL . In its debut season in the Pac-12, COLORADO became the !rst league team to win four tourna- ment games to capture the Conference’s postseason PAC-12 ROLLS THROUGH THE POSTSEASON. STANFORD CAPTURES NIT CROWN. The STANFORD Cardinal put together an impressive postseason run that resulted in the Pac-12’s sixth ever NIT title. Sophomore G Aaron Bright, the NIT’s Most Outstanding 2011-12 PAC-12 HONORS Player, led the Cardinal to a dominating 75-51 victory over Minnesota in the NIT championship game at Madison Square Garden. In !ve NIT PLAYER OF THE YEAR games, Bright shot 25-of-39 (.641) from the !eld, including 12-of-18 (.667) Jorge Gutierrez, California from three-point range, and 22-of-25 (.880) from the free throw line to average 16.8 points/4.2 assists.
