However, the exact times, days, and destinations may vary for your group. Day 1 - Depart from home and travel to Boston … stopping for rest and lunch on your own along the way. Upon arrival in Boston, you will proceed to the waterfront to enjoy a visit to the New England Aquarium, which is home to penguins, seals, sea lions, sea turtles, and fish of all stripes including sharks. The Aquarium's mission is "to present, promote and protect the world of water" with an emphasis on a more natural setting for aquatic life. After your visit, check into your motel where you will be greeted with a welcome reception, followed by a delicious dinner. Day 2 - Breakfast at the motel, then depart for a visit to the JFK Library. Later, enjoy lunch on your own at Faneuil Hall Marketplace. In the afternoon, you will meet your guide for a guided tour of Boston, which will include the Freedom Trail with over a dozen significant historical sites. The 2.5-mile walk takes you from Boston Common to the Bunker Hill Monument. Your day will end with a delicious dinner at one of the popular restaurants in Boston. Day 3 - Enjoy breakfast, then check out and depart for the docks where you will board a World War II amphibious vehicle for a water/land Duck Tour of Boston. The tour will include the Prudential Center, the Christian Science Center, Trinity Church, Boston Public Garden, the Ducking Statues, Beacon Hill & State House, TD Garden (home of the Boston Celtics & Boston Bruins), the Museum of Science, Bunker Hill Monument, USS Constitution, Bunker Hill Bridge, Old North Church, the Holocaust Memorial, Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market, the Old State House, King's Chapel Burying Ground, Boston Common, the Bull & Finch Pub (known as TV's Cheers), and the Boston Public Library.
