The Property shall not be sold below the respective Reserve Price mentioned against each property above. 8. Bid form without EMD or with less than EMD amount shall be rejected summarily. 9. The Bid increment Value/multiplier shall be as stated above. 10. Online auction sale will start automatically on and at the time as mentioned above. Auction / bidding time will initially be for a period of one hour for each proper ty with auto time extension of five minutes each for all properties, if bidding continues till the sale is concluded. 11. Auction / bidding will be only online bidding through the portal provided by M/s C1 India Pvt. Ltd. 12. Demo e-Auction process will be conducted by M/s C1 India Pvt. Ltd. for familiarization and allocation of user name/password to eligible bidders for access to the e-Auction at the specified date and time will be done by M/s C1 India Pvt. Ltd. 13. In case of technical defects/ holiday declared or any other reason, if the website is not available on the last day of submission of bid or on the day of auction, the res 14. next working day / website available day. However the bidders may participate in e-auction bidding from their place of choice and internet connectivity shall be ensured by the bidder himself. Bank/Service Provider shall not be responsible for the internet connectivity, network and system problems, power failure etc. 15. The properties shall be sold to the highest bidder. The purchaser shall deposit 25% of the sale price (including EMD) immediately on the day of sale. On receipt of said payment and verification of KYC documents with originals (Photo ID and address proof documents), the Authorised Officer shall issue letter of sale confirmation. The balance amount shall be paid on or before the fifteenth day of confirmation of sale of immovable properties or such extended period as may be agreed upon in writing between the parties. If 25% of the sale price is not paid for any reason, EMD will be forfeited. Likewise, if the balance 75% amount is not paid for any reason within 15 days or such extended period as stated above, 25% of amount already deposited by him/her will be forfeited and Bank will be at liberty to re-auction the immovable properties. 16. If extension of time for payment of balance 75% of the sale price is agreed upon, the buyers shall pay interest at the rate of BPLR currently 15.00 % p.a. on the balance amount for the delayed period. 17. The properties are being sold on ‘As is where is’ and ‘As is what is’ condition.
