For the reasons set out in this letter, we consider that the PRS Undertakings should be retained and varied to reflect current market conditions. (1) Background information AMRA The American Music Rights Association Inc. ("AMRA") was originally set up to collect mechanical rights for writers, composers and publishers in the US. Re-launched in 2015 following its acquisition by Kobalt Music Group, AMRA has its operational headquarters in London.
