Professional Experience 8/2018-Current DSB, Denmark, Technical Project Manager I am working in a newly formed program called “Future Train”, which revolves around a strategic acquisition/implementation of new electrical train fleet to replace the current diesel trains, and operate throughout Denmark. The budget is ~17 billion DKK (~2.2 billion EUR), and I am leading a 15 person team of technicians, both internal and external consultants, with the responsibility of ensuring the technical compliance as well as the contractual conditions.
1/2016- 8/2018 Haas Meincke, Denmark, International Project Manager I worked as a project manager with full responsibility of 7-10 projects simultaneously, each with a multimillion-euro sales price. Haas Meincke is a marked leading manufacturer of production lines for the baking industry. The company has a turnover of approximately 80 million EURO, and around 250 employees.
6/2015-1/2016 Fertin Pharma, Bachelor thesis The project involved maintenance and procedure optimization to increase production capacity by approximately 22%, through strategically KPI monitoring, as well as implementing new technology in a FDA approved medical chewing gum factory.

Internship position, where I developed and implemented strategic risk management procedures for production upkeep and maintenance optimization. My successful pilot project was scheduled for roll out across the UK after my departure.
