Sergey Nikolaevich Katyrin was born in on October 2, 1954.

EDUCATION A graduate of the Moscow Automobile and Road Construction Institute, he also received a degree in business management at the International Business School of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES In 1979 Sergey Katyrin took a top position in the Young Communist League of the Moscow Automobile and Road Construction Institute. He then went on to assume the leadership of the YCL's Moscow City Committee. Sergey Katyrin took an active part in the establishment and development of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, which held its founding Congress on October 19th, 1991. In 1991 he was appointed director of one of the Chamber's departments. In 1992 he became the CCI of Russia's vice-president and came to sit on the General Board of CCI Russia. Sergey Katyrin was elected President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federa- tion at the Chamber’s 6th Congress in March 2011. Sergey Katyrin's range of activity in the capacity of President of CCI Russia includes effective coordina- tion within the national network of chambers of commerce and industry, which incorporates territorial chambers of commerce and industry, associations, and business unions. Establishing productive coopera- tion with legislative assemblies and executive authorities at both national and regional levels marks yet another area of his daily concern. Sergey Katyrin represents Russia's Chamber of Commerce and Industry in major business unions where he is among the board members. He sits on the government's Commission for the Development of Small and Medium Businesses, is a member of the Public Council for the Development of Small and Medium Businesses, which works under the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly, and has a membership in a number of equally important public and advisory councils. Sergey Katyrin is the Chairman of the Russian chapter of the BRICS Business Council and the First Deputy Chairman of the Russian National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation. In addition, he is a member of the Committee of the Chief Executives of CIS Chambers of Commerce and Industry. From 2006 to 2012 Sergey Katyrin served as Deputy Secretary of the Russian Public Chamber. He has a large number of awards, including the Order “For Services to the Motherland” Fourth Class, the Order of Friendship, the Medal of Honor for Labor Valor, and many other state and public awards. In 2006-2012 S. Katyrin was a Deputy Secretary of the Russian Public Chamber. He is a holder of the Merit Order of the 4th Degree, the Friendship Order, the Medal for Labor Valor and a number of other state and public awards. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (CCI of Russia) is a non- governmental, non-profit organization which represents the interests of small, medium and big business and encompasses all sectors of economy. Before being asked by the Russian government to run the fund, he was president of Icon Private Equity, a leading private equity fund with over $1 billion under management. Prior to establishing Icon, he was co-managing partner and CEO of Delta Private Equity Partners, a leading private equity fund in Russia with over $500 million under management.

Mr Dmitriev has completed a number of landmark investments and exits, including the sale of Del- ta Bank to General Electric, Delta Credit Bank to Societe Generale, CTC Media to Fidelity Invest- ments, TV3 to Prof-Media, National Cable Network to National Media Group. Previously Mr Dmitriev was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in New York and a consult- ant at McKinsey & Co. Kirill Dmitriev is Chairman of the B20’s Investments and Infrastructure Taskforce. In November 2012 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Investment Council under the Chairman of the State Duma.
