Christopher 1. Appleby, 18, was charged with two counts of aggravated arson, a first degree felony, and one count of induc- ing panic, a fourth degree felony. He is accused of setting six small fires Saturday on the third floor of Bromfield Hall, where he is a resident. According to lim Wiegand, chief of University Police, burn- ing papers were found on a win- dow ledge and under a bulletin board. Pins were also found in the rest room, the lounge and the main stairwell.
