Placement Overview

IFIM Business School proudly announces the successful completion of final placements for the graduating batch of PGDM 2017-19 with all-time high achievements on salary, organization participation and profiles offered. The elaborate placement process followed by IFIM’s Centre for Continuous Employability (CCE) helped students choose the sectors and functions of their preference.

Students from the batch of PGDM specialized in Finance, Business Analytics, Marketing, Human Resources, and International Business has experienced a successful placement process as companies from various industries participated. IFIM Business School has witnessed participation from 177 companies including 98 first time recruiters with 10 Global Fortune 500 companies and 20 Indian Fortune 500 companies.

Global Fortune 500 companies are Cognizant, Nestle, Bosch, Dell, FedEx, DHL, Oracle, Schneider Electric, Toyota Motors, L’OREAL, and Yum! Brands.

At IFIM, there is a strong culture of experiential learning and challenge-based curriculum, with a perfect blend of industry and academic experience. We also have an established association with industry associations such as NHRD CII, AIMA, NIPM, ATS, FICCI, and IACC, etc. to bring in the new trend to the business school. Placements this year started on an optimistic note with the 42 offers by PricewaterhouseCoopers, especially from Information Technology (24%), BFSI (13%), Consulting (11%), E-Commerce (10 %), ,FMCG (8%), Manufacturing (5%), Advertising & Media (5%),Banking (4%), Retail (4%), Real Estate (4%)

INDUSTRY INTERNSHIP PROGRAM The placement season started with our students foraging into Industry Internship Program (IIP), 4.5 months (16 - 18 weeks) paid projects, to get hands-on the live assignments and basics of the corporate environment. This award-winning unique model is well appreciated by business leaders and hence resulted in higher absorption of students in full-time positions. This year, 126 of our students received Pre - Placement offers based on their performance during Internship.
