Conference USA begins a new chapter in 2005-06 after celebrating 10 years of remarkable history. Six nationally prominent uni- versities – Marshall, Rice, SMU, Tusla, UCF and UTEP – join tradition-rich members – East Carolina, Houston, Memphis, Southern Miss, Tulane and UAB – to form the new look of the league. C-USA will be divided into an East and West Division with the football winners of each meeting in the first-ever league championship game Dec. 3, 2005.
