Sunday, July 29 Atlantic City Beach The Chainsmokers Bring the Party to the 2018 Atlantic City BeachFest Concert Series – ONLY AREA APPEARANCE! – Special Guest: BAZZI Sunday, July 29 Atlantic City Beach Tickets go on sale to Friday, April 20 at Noon! (Philadelphia/Atlantic City) April 16, 2018 – EDM/pop duo The Chainsmokers – who were just crowned the No. 1 DJs of the year on the Billboard Dance 100 – have been added to the 2018 Atlantic City BeachFest Concert Series, taking place on Sunday, July 29 on the Atlantic City Beach with special guest BAZZI. This will be the only area appearance for the duo, who have been busy in 2018 with a European tour, Vegas residency, a headlining performance at the 2018 Ultra Music Festival and a series of newly released music that’s climbing the Dance and Pop music charts. The Grammy winning group, comprised of Alex Pall and Drew Taggart, are set to bring their non-stop, high-energy, explosive performance to the beach. Fans can expect to hear all their favorite songs, like the chart-topping hits “Closer,” “Paris,” “Don’t Let Me Down,” “Something Just Like This,” “Roses” & more! “We are so excited for our show in Atlantic City on July 29th. We can’t think of a better place to be during the summer,” said The Chainsmokers. “As New Yorkers we always used to come down to AC this time of year and the vibes and weather was just perfect. Back then, we were playing in front of a few hundred people if that so to be returning now and have the chance to do our show properly in front of tens of thousands of people is pretty surreal. We are going to be bringing a show AC has never seen before and look forward to sharing this really special moment with families, fans and people just coming to have a great weekend away!” Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 20 at noon. Tickets will be available at Ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster Outlets or by-phone at 800-745-3000. There will be General Admission (GA) and Gold Circle GA ticket options available for fans, as well as VIP ticket opportunities. For additional information on the event or ticket options, please visit ACBeachConcerts.com. The 2018 Atlantic City BeachFest Concert Series is presented by Live Nation in partnership with the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) and the City of Atlantic City. “At Live Nation we seek unique opportunities that connect artists and entertainers to their fans in a unique live experience. This is a terrific opportunity for Chainsmokers fans from across the country to come to Atlantic City and see their favorite band live, in a giant beach party, and stay for a few days to experience this great city,” said Geoff Gordon, Live Nation Philadelphia Regional President. “We are grateful to our partners at CRDA and the City of Atlantic City, and look forward to a great show!” "We are very excited to add this concert by The Chainsmokers to the Beachfest Concert Series," said CRDA Executive Director, Chris Howard. "This is another opportunity for the CRDA to attract thousands of visitors to Atlantic City's beautiful beaches and Boardwalk. The stage is set for an incredible summer in Atlantic City.” “Atlantic City is thrilled to have The Chainsmokers appear at our beach concert series on July 29th. Our City will always be a place for all types of entertainment, people, and genres of music,” said Atlantic City Mayor Frank Gilliam Jr. “Atlantic City is looking forward to another great summer!” In addition to The Chainsmokers, the 2018 Atlantic City BeachFest Concert Series also includes a concert by Sam Hunt with special guests Kane Brown and Connor Smith on July 1st. About The Chainsmokers: Grammy Award-winning and Billboard Chart topping artist/producer duo, The Chainsmokers, have evolved into a dominating musical force with a diverse repertoire of songs that have led them to become one of music’s hottest recording artists. Comprised of Alex Pall and Drew Taggart, their signature sound deftly reaches across indie, progressive and pop realms. Their evolution as producers and as songwriters has seen them develop some of the biggest breakthrough songs over the course of the last two years and their original tracks and remixes have topped the charts throughout the world. In 2016, the group catapulted to worldwide stardom with 3 certified multi-platinum hits. “Roses”, featuring Rozes, from their Gold certified debut EP Bouquet, was a 4X platinum smash that shot to #1 on Billboard’s Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart. “Don’t Let Me Down” featuring Daya, included on duo’s second platinum selling EP titled Collage, went 4x platinum and was a top 5 Billboard Hot 100 hit. “Closer”, featuring Halsey was also included on the Collage EP and went 7X platinum, going on to became the longest running #1 single of 2016 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. In April of 2017, the group released their debut album via Disruptor/Columbia Records titled “Memories…Do Not Open.” The album debuted at No. 1 in the U.S. on the Billboard 200 chart with total consumption of 221,000 units and produced the global, 2X platinum certified smash “Paris,” which debuted at #7, marking the duo’s highest first week entrance on the Billboard Hot 100 chart to date. The 2X platinum certified “Something Just Like This,” features Coldplay front man Chris Martins on vocals, and peaked in the top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The track most recently earned the group a 2018 Grammy nomination for “Best Pop Duo/Group Performance,” as well as three 2018 iHeart Music Award nominations for “Song of the Year,” “Best Collaboration,” and “Dance Song of the Year.” Early last year, the duo kicked off their Wynn Nightlife Residency in Las Vegas which has now been extended through 2019, and embarked on their highly successful 40-city “Memories…Do Not Open” arena tour which wrapped in June 2017. Most recently, the group partnered with Tommy Hilfiger as their new Brand Ambassadors, adding a new twist to the brand’s three decade-long legacy in menswear. galantis the aviary album download Download. Galantis – The Aviary (2017) Full. On The Aviary, Eklöw and Karlsson are still calling from the same playbooks. Now, though, the halting pings of tropical house largely supplant Pharmacy’s four-on-the-floor synths. It may be a necessary update, but sometimes it’s the frame for flimsy structures. The creeping “Hunter” is a lyrical mess: “Got them red eyes in the night,” sings London’s Hannah Wilson, dangerously close to patois, “like a panther, outta sight.” The Aviary is the second studio album by Swedish electronic dance music duo Galantis.[2] It was released on 15 September 2017 through Big Beat Records[3] and Atlantic Records, and features appearances from Throttle, Reece Bullimore, Hook n Sling, ROZES, Hannah Wilson and Wrabel.[4] Album: The Aviary. Genre: Dance, Electronic. 2 Hey Alligator. 3 Girls on Boys (with Rozes) 4 Salvage (Up All Night) feat. Poo Bear. 5 Tell Me How You Love Me. 8 Written in the Scars feat. Wrabel. 10 Love on Me (with Hook N Sling) 11 Pillow Fight. On 1 April 2016, the pair released the single "No Money", which became their first single to debut on the US Billboard Hot 100.[6] On 5 August 2016, they released the standalone single "Make Me Feel" for the soundtrack to Netflix's original film, XOXO. On 30 September 2016, Galantis and Hook n Sling released the collaborative single "Love on Me" followed by a music video for the track on 4 October 2016, directed by Dano Cerny. On 15 December 2016, they released a lyric video for "Pillow Fight", which the band has said "brings back the original Galantis heart and roots".
