Best known for her 1990s hit (the last track ever played on ), the Ivor Novello nominated songwriter and multi-instrumentalist has a multi-faceted career that includes, acting in film, TV and radio, comedy-improvisation and composition for film - as well as performing live with her band. Her songs have been covered by artists including ('Fear of Flying'), , Lisa Stansfied, , , , Black, UB40, Status Quo, and (with the UK No 1, 'Ain't No Doubt'). The new Dark Matter collection promises a fast-moving show as Dore, with her long-time musical partner Julian Littman, swap guitars, mandolin, harmonium, ukulele, piano and autoharp. They’ll also dip into favourites from her past 6 albums, as well as sharing original acoustic versions of hits Charlie has written for others.
