The Agency has reviewed your submission for a revised label, and the following comments apply:

I) In the disposal statement you must delete "and discard in trash" since it is not appropriate for Certified Applicators.

2) Your First Aid statement for "if swallowed" of "have person sip a of water" is not a good advice for products containing more than 10% petroleum distillates.

A stamped copy of the label "accepted with comments" is enclosed for your records. Please submit three (3) copies of the final printed label for our files prior to releasing the product for shipment. If you have any questions please call me at (703) 308-8328.

NO. ?!:rm"'_L-1 PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals CAUTION: May be harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through skin. Avoid breathing spray mist and provide adequate ventilation of area being treated. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. In of contact immediately flush skin and eyes with plenty of water. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. If pOisoning occurs, get prompt medical aid.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IN FOOD AREAS OF FOOD COMMERCIAL HANDLING ESTABLISHMENTS OR OTHER AREAS WHERE FOOD IS PROCESSED. Non-food areas are areas such as garbage rooms, floor drains (to sewers), mop closets and storage (after or bottling).

DO NOT ENTER OR ALLOW OTHERS TO ENTER THE TREATED AREA UNTIL SPRAYS HAVE DRIED.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Chlorpyrifos is a cholinesterase inhibitor. Treat symptomatically. Atropine is an antidote.

First Aid IF IN EYES: Flush with plenty of water. Get medical attention if irritation perSists.

IF ON SKIN OR CLOTHING: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin with soap and warm water. Get medical attention if irritation persists.

IF INHALED: Remove to fresh air if effects occur, and call a physician.

IF SWALLOWED: Call poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by the poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Physical and Chemical Hazards Contents under Pressure. Do not use or store near heat or open flame. Do not puncture or incinerate container. Exposure to temperatures above 1300F may cause bursting. DO NOT use this product in or on electrical equipment due to the possibility of shock hazard.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labelir1S). STAINLESS: Test spray in an inconspicuous area of the application site (I.e., as with car~cting) for potential staining.

General: Use as a spot treatment to residually control cockroaches, waterbugs: silveiiish &rid ot;,er insects listed below. .. . Apply this product to localized areas where pests are found or may occur. Spr.::\, S!.!Ifaces.Urifil"Wet.

NO. 28293'1'.~-1 Spot Treatment: To Kill Ants, Cockroaches, Crickets, Silverfish, Sowbugs, Spiders and Earwigs: Spray into cracks, crevices, around baseboards, and other places where these insects hide. Directly contact as many as possible. For ants, spray trails and places where ants enter premises. Repeat as necessary for control.

Care should be taken to avoid depositing the product onto exposed surfaces or introducing the material into the air. Avoid contamination of food or food processing surfaces.

For use in non-food areas of Packaging and Processing Plants, Dairies, Milk Storage Rooms, Egg Processing Plants, Canneries, Flour and Feed Mills.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL STORAGE: Store in cool dry area away from heat or open flame.

DISPOSAL: Do not reuse empty container. Replace cap, and discard container in trash. Donot incinerate or puncture.

Optional label statement permitting of empty metal aerosol pesticide : This container may be recycled in aerosol recycling centers. At present, there are only a few such centers in the country. Before offering for recycling, empty the can by using the product according to the label (DO NOT PUNCTUREI). If recycling is not available, wrap the container and discard in the trash.
