Integration Add-On 2.0 SP02: Integration Using Middleware (Enhanced) Use As of Support Package 02 for the integration add-on 2.0 for SAP ERP Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors Business Execution, the following new functions are available for the integration using middleware: o New integration using SAP HANA Cloud Integration As an alternative to SAP NetWeaver Process Integration (PI), you can also use SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI) as middleware.

Note The integration using SAP HANA Cloud Integration is available retroactively as of Support Package 00 for the integration add-on 2.0. o New concept for handling cookies The concept for handling cookies during the integration using middleware has been simplified. For this, the code of the user-defined function (UDF) that is used and the mapping for the top node of the message mapping structure have been changed. For more information, see the Administrator Guide for the integration add-on for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors BizX, in the section Configuration of Session Handling for SAP NetWeaver Process Integration.

Caution The new concept requires a certain Support Package level in your SAP NetWeaver PI system (see below, under Effects on System Administration). Effects on Existing Data If you have created customer-specific services that use cookies, you need to modify the session handling for these services to fit the new concept. Otherwise the cookies can no longer be transferred using the HTTP header. To configure the session handling, proceed as described in the Administrator Guide. Effects on System Administration If you use SAP NetWeaver PI as middleware, your SAP NetWeaver PI system must have at least the Support Package level stated in SAP Note 1838921. Use As of Support Package 02 for the integration add-on 2.0 for SAP ERP Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors Business Execution, the following new functions are available for transferring job applications from SuccessFactors BizX to SAP ERP: o New report for deleting transferred applications in the SAP ERP system You can use the new report Delete Applications (RH_SFI_DELETE_APPLICATIONS) to delete applications that you have used the report Importing Recruiting Data from SFSF (RH_SFI_IMPORT_RECRUITING_DATA) to transfer from SuccessFactors BizX to the SAP ERP system and which you no longer require there. For more information, see Delete Applications. o New function for updating candidate data in SuccessFactors BizX after hiring an employee in the SAP ERP system After you have accepted a candidate transferred from SuccessFactors BizX as a new employee in SAP ERP Personnel Administration, you can derive a user ID for SuccessFactors BizX from the SAP ERP personnel number and transfer this to SuccessFactors BizX. For more information, see Make Settings for Transferring User ID to SFSF and SAP Library.

Effects on Existing Data The following objects have been changed: o For the Business Add-In (BAdI) Determination of SAP ERP Personnel Numbers and SFSF User IDs (HRSFI_B_PERNR_USERID), the new method DETERMINE_USERID_FROM_PERNR was added. For more information, see BAdI: Determination of SAP ERP Personnel Numbers and SFSF User IDs. o In Customizing, under Integration Scenario for Recruiting Data, the Data Transfer from SuccessFactors BizX to SAP ERP section was renamed Transfer of Job Applications from SuccessFactors BizX to SAP ERP and restructured as follows: - Activity Assign SuccessFactors BizX Objects to Field Sets -> now directly below Integration Scenario for Recruiting Data - Activity Define Fields for Importing Recruiting Data -> renamed Map SuccessFactors BizX Fields and SAP ERP Fields to Each Other and directly below Integration Scenario for Recruiting Data - Section Further Processing of Imported Data -> renamed Further Processing of Imported Applications - New section Transfer User ID to SFSF After Accepting Candidate in SAP ERP added

Integration Add-On 2.0 SP02: Transfer of Job Requisition Data for Positions from SAP ERP to SuccessFactors BizX (New)

Use As of Support Package 02 for the integration add-on 2.0 for SAP ERP Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors Business Execution, you can transfer information on positions to be staffed from the SAP ERP system to SuccessFactors BizX so that corresponding job requisitions can be created or updated there. This means the following: o Job requisition data is transferred exclusively using middleware. The generic Web service SFSFGenericUpsertRequestConfirmation_Out is used for the integration via SAP NetWeaver PI. For the Enterprise Services Repository Content (ESR Content) for the transfer of job requisition data, see the software component SFIHCM02, software component version SFIHCM02 600, in the namespaces http://sap.com/xi/SFIHCM02 and http://sap.com/xi/SFIHCM02/IC. The generic Web service com.sap.SFIHCM02.hcm2bizx.SFSFGenericUpsertRequestConfirmation is used for the integration via SAP HANA Cloud Integration. o In the new infotype SFSF Job Requisition (1107), the SAP ERP system stores information on a position that refers to the process with which the creation of a job requisition in SuccessFactors BizX is triggered from the SAP ERP system. For more information, see SAP Library, under Integration Scenario for Recruiting Data -> Transfer of Job Requisition Data for Positions from SAP ERP to SuccessFactors BizX -> Infotype SFSF Job Requisition (1107). o You use the new report Create and Update Job Requisitions in SuccessFactors (RH_SFI_TRIGGER_JOB_REQUISITION) to transfer information about positions to be staffed to SuccessFactors BizX regularly so that corresponding job requisitions can be created or changed there. For more information, see Create and Update Job Requisitions in SuccessFactors. o The HR Administrator can use the new overviews of open job requisitions for the positions of an organizational unit in the Organization and Staffing applications to see which open job requisitions exist in SuccessFactors BizX. He or she also has a structure view and list view available. For more information, see SAP Library, under Integration Scenario for Recruiting Data -> Transfer of Job Requisition Data for Positions from SAP ERP to SuccessFactors BizX -> Overview of Open Job Requisitions for Positions of an Organizational Unit. o The HR Administrator can use the new SFSF Job Requisition tab in the Organization and Staffing applications to display, create, or change records of the infotype SFSF Job Requisition. For more information, see SAP Library, under Integration Scenario for Recruiting Data -> Transfer of Job Requisition Data for Positions from SAP ERP to SuccessFactors BizX -> Edit Positions in the SAP ERP System to Create Job Requisitions in SuccessFactors BizX. Effects on Existing Data The following objects have been changed: o The report Importing Metadata from SuccessFactors BizX (RH_SFI_SYNCH_METADATA) was enhanced such that it can now also import data for the SuccessFactors BizX object Template for Job Requisitions.

® SAP What's New? – Release Notes

For more information, see Importing Metadata from SuccessFactors BizX. o The Customizing for mapping the SuccessFactors BizX fields to SAP ERP fields was enhanced such that you can now also create field sets for transferring job requisition data for positions from SAP ERP to SuccessFactors BizX. You assign these field sets the templates for job requisitions from SuccessFactors BizX for which you transfer the data from the SAP ERP system. For more information, see Mapping SuccessFactors BizX Fields and SAP ERP Fields to Each Other. o The field set SAP_DEMO_01 that was provided with Support Package 00 is replaced with the field set SAP_DEMO_02. If you use the scenario for transferring job requisition data for positions from SAP ERP to SuccessFactors BizX, some SuccessFactors BizX fields that are also relevant for transferring applications from SuccessFactors BizX to SAP ERP change. Therefore, in this case you can no longer use the mapping of SuccessFactors BizX fields to SAP ERP fields as defined in the field set SAP_DEMO_01 to transfer applications from SuccessFactors BizX to SAP ERP. Use the field set SAP_DEMO_02 instead. The following SuccessFactors BizX fields are defined as fields with selection lists in field set SAP_DEMO_01, but as text fields in field set SAP_DEMO_02: - Personnel area in the SAP ERP system - ID of personnel area in the SAP ERP system - Personnel subarea in the SAP ERP system - ID of personnel subarea in the SAP ERP system - Employee group in the SAP ERP system - ID of employee group in the SAP ERP system - Employee subgroup in the SAP ERP system - ID of employee subgroup in the SAP ERP system This is for the following reason: - If you use only the scenario for transferring applications from SuccessFactors BizX to SAP ERP, no field contents are transferred from the SAP ERP system to SuccessFactors BizX for these fields. Therefore, the user in SuccessFactors BizX needs to make entries in these fields manually. The selection lists support the user with this. - If, in addition to the scenario for transferring applications from SuccessFactors BizX to SAP ERP, you also use the scenario for transferring job requisition data for positions from SAP ERP to SuccessFactors BizX, field contents are transferred from the SAP ERP system to SuccessFactors BizX for these fields. Therefore, the user in SuccessFactors BizX is not to make any entries in these fields and does not require any selection lists. o The application for the further processing of imported applications (transaction HRSFI_RCT_HIRE) has been enhanced as follows: - The SAP ERP system checks whether the combination of position and job requisition ID as it was imported for a candidate from SuccessFactors BizX corresponds to the constellation as it is defined in the SAP ERP system and has been transferred to SuccessFactors BizX. If this is not the case, it displays a corresponding warning.

- If the HR Administrator has performed the personnel action successfully and thereby adopted the candidate’s data in the SAP ERP system, the SAP ERP system transfers the candidate’s personnel number and SuccessFactors BizX user ID to the infotype SFSF Job Requisition (1107). Effects on Customizing You make the settings for the new functions in Customizing for Personnel Management, under Integration Add-On for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors BizX in the following Customizing activities: o Basic Settings -> Importing Metadata from SuccessFactors BizX o Basic Settings -> Settings for Middleware -> Define Package Size for Transferring Recruiting Data -> Parameter REQUISITIONS_PACKAGE_SIZE o Integration Scenario for Recruiting Data -> Activate Additional Functions -> Parameter JOB_REQUISITION_INTEGR_ACTIVE o Integration Scenario for Recruiting Data -> Map SuccessFactors BizX Fields and SAP ERP Fields to Each Other o Integration Scenario for Recruiting Data -> Check Field Sets for Required Fields and Correct o All activities below Integration Scenario for Recruiting Data -> Transfer of Job Requisition Data from SAP ERP to SuccessFactors BizX See also Integration Add-On for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors BizX 2.0 (Extended) For more information, see Customizing, the Administrator Guide, and SAP Library for the integration add-on for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors BizX (see http://help.sap.com/erp_sfi).
