The available tender capacity will be calculated as stipulated in Sec.3 of KW-1 and Corrigendum issued thereon. Even though the tenderers meet the above criteria , they 3 are subject to be disqualify if they have Made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements. 4 Labour cess will be deducted @ 1% from Each Bill of the executed items from the Successful Tenderers. The Tenderer shall furnish all requisite details as per Standard Bid Tender Document. They must carefully read all the tender conditions as stipulated in I.F.T and K.W- 5 1. and relevant document shall be furnished. Otherwise Tender will be rejected. 6 Corrigendum pertaining to Tender are applicable as per Government Circulars. 7 All tenders shall provide the required information accurately and sufficient details in section 3 form of tenders and qualification information. The Contractor shall make their own arrangements for procurement of all materials and machineries required for the work. There is no departmental supply of materials. 8 Contractor should procure materials and as defined in specifications prescribed in ISI and submit necessary quality control certificates from the authorized agencies before execution and same shall be submitted along with bills. The Tenderer should complete the work within the stipulated period, otherwise Security Deposit amount will be forfeited and action will be taken for black listing of such 9 contractors.
